We showed them the confirmation email with the reservation number but they still said they didn't have a reservation even if they confirmed it was the right hotel. Old or a pet? Idk The breakfast is usually really good but I'd like to see bacon there. The beds were so comfy that I slept so hard, my husband and daughter said I snored loud. The only issue I had with the room was the sink faucet broke off when I tried to turn on the water. The ice-machine on our 3rd floor room did not work and it hasn’t worked in a while. Very clean, spacious room. Very well appointed breakfast menu. Of special note.....front desk attendant. Michele H. was extremely pleasant to deal with. She really went over and above to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. Some people are extremely well suited to the service industry, and Michele is one of those persons.
