“Pagar vista al mar es un robo, la vista es totalmente diferente a lo que muestran en fotos, lo que ves es una construcción y el mar muy pero muy lejos, había insectos en el cuarto y el internet nunca funcionó, y el televisor no tenía canales nacionales, ósea no tenían cable, un hotel muy costoso con muy mal servicio, dijeron que lo iban a arreglar y nunca lo arreglaron, no pierdas tu dinero en este hotel de tan mal servicio.”

“Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Lo que más destacamos es la calidad del servicio y la calidez humana de todo el equipo.……

“Room looked like it was not cleaned before we we checked in. Hair from previous guest in the bathroom, shower scum all over the bathroom, and even a left over wrapper from previous guest near the bed. Sheets were clean, but did not feel like a properly turned over room. On our last day the room flooded, some pipe broke a couple of rooms down and water was coming through, no real rush to address the issue or make any amends for us. Breakfast was great, decor is lovely, but cleanliness was……

“Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.”
