“Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Lo que más destacamos es la calidad del servicio y la calidez humana de todo el equipo.……

“My experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude and aggressive, and they made me feel unwelcome from the beginning. I asked the front desk lady if there were any rooms available with an ocean view. Her response was very rude, and she simply sent me to a room in the back with a poor view. I felt that there were better rooms available, but I was not treated fairly. They also accused me of taking a drink from the refrigerator. When I went back to the room and showed them that I had not……
