Tourist trap to be avoided at all costs. One of the most expensive places to stay on San Andres and not worth a fraction of the price. Food/Dining area filthy. The food mediocre at best, Grounds in disrepair. The pool extremely overcrowded, very noisy and essentially useless. Place not convenient to ANYTHING. Not walkable. No public transportation. You are stuck here except for $30USD cab rides.
NO WIFI On property except IN THE LOBBY … where everyone is trying to use one weak signal.
Would never stay here again. I abandoned my room immediately after getting there. The staff was not concerned about my complaints and gave me their corporate website to file a complaint and seek refund. Refund was refused so I lost all my money. That’s how bad it was. I preferred to pay for another place rather than stay at this terrible property.
