“Looks rough - but was a great stay. Will stay again!”

“Nice well kept motel in Belleville. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly. The motel is older, but well kept. Very similar to 50's-60's era motels in a lot of the north central Kansas towns. A/C was cold, beds were nice and clean, tv had a good selection of channels, continental breakfast and quiet at night.”

“The TV didn't work, although the wifi was strong. No towels or house keeping was provided during my stay and the tub was dirty.”

“The place was in renovations horrible place to stay. Dirty run down and disgusting.”

“Excellent staff. Very helpful. A bulb was out, and he had one there right away. The office is across the street, and that property looked unkept, and the office did not look clean and up to date, but the service was great, and friendly. Room was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. It did not smell (like smoke pets or must ,(or anything)) Nice place, and would stay there again.”

“Be aware that it's nothing like the photos. No coffee pot like advertised. Also host was not very pleasant. Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around. Water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Tv didn't work. Very bad experience will never stay there again.”

“Ended up I did not stay after walking in to my 2nd floor room and seeing a cockroach on the floor along with dirt. I asked for my money back and they gave it to me without hesitation (a positive). Sidewalks and stairways were dirty; definitely a property that is not kept after.”
