"The room I got was okay, but the maintenence needs to be better. It's like you get the landlord special when you start noticing a few things. Like a loose shower head, door knob loose, and paint jobs."

"No, REQUIRED, lift for the swimming pool. This is required by the ADA and the state of Minnesota! I'm a wheelchair user. I had an accessible room but the bed is a little higher than required by the state and recommended by the ADA. The tube had nothing to sit on and the soap etc is mounted in an inaccessible location. I was told when I checked out that they have that stuff at the front desk if you ask for it. Guess they should tell you that. Maybe a sign in the room. I had no problem with the staff and the breakfast was good. Well, except that the toaster didn't work. Found out too late it was unplugged."

"Parking lot was not cleared from snow that had fallen the night before. "

"Wi-fi internet did not work, room was very clean. Staff was friendly but my first rewards card didn't work and I didn't get my 10 dollars free play."
