Made it happen!
This property was listed and we booked it for a long term stay for a work relocation. This property at the time was unavailable due to renovations so the host relocated us to another VRBO property she hosts. Creekside. This property was just what we needed. The kitchen is very well appointed and even has a pantry. Beds are comfy and very quiet. Enjoyed our stay and the host was great. Would definitely stay with this host again.

Very uncomfortable!
Upon arrival at the home, I noticed it was the only one on the block with the grass uncut and the hedges overgrown. The grass came to my knees. I contacted the host several times and she told me each time it would be cut the next day. It was not until I called VRBO that the grass was cut one day. The grass was never cut again. The property remains unmaintained. I understood the house to be “pet friendly” however, I did not expect for it to smell like a zoo. The house has a strong animal odor. I suggest you take up the carpet. I struggled with severe allergies due to the pet dander, you should include this information in your rental. It took the daily burning of candles and carpet spray to deal with the smell. The bathroom door knobs on both sides constantly fall off. The tip of the kitchen sink fell off. The TV never worked, and one was dropped off after two and a half weeks of staying there. The host did not respond to concerns initially, she would respond weeks later, this was after the first week of my being there and told me each date the yard would be cut. We lost power for 24 hours, and never did she did not call once to express concern. I lost all my groceries. There is literally no where to sit comfortable unless you sit in a kitchen chair. The couch is low density, low to the floor. The bed is very uncomfortable, feels like you sink in the bed as if it was a water bed. It is clear the only goal here is to collect money and not to make your guests feel like they are
