Clean and comfy
We had a really great time in Charlottesville and a comfortable stay at this property. Checking in was a breeze and we were delighted to find chilled beverages in the fridge and a basket of yummy snacks on the table upon arrival. The bathroom is also well-provisioned in the event you forget any toiletries. Beds are comfy, linens are crisp and we slept well the three nights we were there. Extra snaps for the black-out curtains. We did a few loads of laundry and the new Whirlpool stackable washer/dryer did an excellent job. The only call out is the configuration and elevation of the property. We stayed in the top floor unit and you must climb two flights of steep stairs. As seniors, this was challenging with our heavy luggage and when taking our dog out for frequent walks. Thanks Jono, Austin & Susannah for a lovely visit!

perfect spot
This house was the perfect spot for our family to relax and reconnect between the many activities we had planned for UVA’s family weekend. A few homecooked meals were just what our college students were craving and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is a well stocked house with a great layout!

Perfect Place
We loved everything about the "Comfortable North-Downtown Bijou" starting with the communication from the owners, they made the process easy and stress-free. The location was great, we walked to several things during our stay! The house itself was exceptionally cleaned, stocked, organized and decorated. We felt right at home and had everything we needed during our stay. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great apartment in great Cville location
This apartment was a perfect home base for me, my partner, my parents, and my pup visiting Charlottesville. Easily walkable to our favorite locations on the Downtown Mall, on Preston Ave, and on Main Street! The space was very well equipped for cooking and working from home (I had to take a few work calls), and has ample indoor and outdoor hangout space!
