This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. From the Tates cookies and sparkling water available, to the water bottles at the end of the night, they really pay attention to small details, making it a great experience. The rooms were clean and roomy. We ended up walking the entire time in Boston since the hotel was at a great location, but if you plan on driving, keep in mind that you have to call ahead of time to access your car. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great location for what we needed and the staff at the front desk were wonderful. However, I did not take my socks off as the rugs need a good cleaning. Actually, the room needs a good cleaning around the edges. The bed was clean and the towels and sheets were clean. However, the little things like the baseboards and the window seals need a good deep clean.

EVERYTHING is thought out. Service is “old world”. Attention to details is magnificent. What’s there not to like.

The apartments are updated and beautiful. However, the doors were missing on the one bedroom apartment I reserved. We checked in late that evening, so they weren't able to correct the problem until the next day. There were no other problems. I would stay there again in the future.

Communication and instruction is poor.
