No frills, i'd stay again though
No frills hotel. Was quiet, safe and friendly staff who responded quickly to any requests. The food was very nice in the resturaunt, which is closed on Sundays.

La prestation n'est pas au niveau d'un hôtel à 85€ la nuit. Cheveux dans le lit, aération de fenêtres de la chambre très sales, chambre froide et isolation sonore inexistante. Directeur très sympathique et bonne cuisine.

Mon pire séjour de toute ma vie dans un hôtel. Impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit. En cause pas d’isolation et donc beaucoup avec des voisins de chambre qui n’ont rien respecté. Tapage nocturne de 00h00 à 6h30 du matin malgré mes plaintes à répétition. 80€ de perdu, j’aurais passé une meilleure nuit ma voiture, c’est pour dire !

Médiocre et sans aucun mérite
La réception et l’hôtel étaient fermés à notre arrivée alors que cela ne correspondait pas aux informations sur « Hôtels.com » J’avais stipulé lors de ma réservation, deux couverts pour le dîner…La réceptionniste nous informe que le restaurant était fermé …cela ne correspondait pas non plus aux informations sur « Hôtels.com » La chambre était petite dans un style des années 90 et avec des supports de serviettes arrachées dans la salle de bain. La salle de bain est minuscule, c’est à peine si vous pouvez atteindre les toilettes qui sont collés à la douche… Que dire de l’emplacement…une triste ZAC grise de banlieue. J’ai du mal à comprendre ou est le « Design » dans cette hôtel nommé « Hôtel Inn Design Châteaubriant » et je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel peut obtenir une note de 8/10?,,,, Certes le prix n’est pas excessif, mais vraiment cela ne vaut pas mieux.
