Located in the heart of Châteauroux, this charming accommodation is
bordered by a peaceful river and just steps away from Lake Belle Isle,
guaranteeing safe swimming for all. You will have the opportunity to
enjoy the serenity of nature while remaining close to the amenities of
the city center.
***Activities and entertainment:***
In addition to a green setting conducive to relaxation, you will
benefit from a wide range of regular summer activities. Whether it's a
bike ride or a fishing trip, you will have plenty to entertain you.
Furthermore, the new Balsan'éo aquatic center, located just 3km away,
offers a preferential rate entry for all of our residents.
***A comfortable accommodation:***
The accommodation is a 16m² chalet equipped with all the necessary
comforts for a pleasant stay. It includes a terrace with garden
furniture, an open bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a
convertible sofa. The kitchen area is fully equipped and the reversible
air conditioning will guarantee a comfortable stay regardless of the
season. Optionally, a SPA can be made available for an additional fee.
And to end on a high note, know that if you lose your keys, don't
worry, we have a master key... and its name is Robert!
