“We had a one bedroom suite room 316 and it was absolutely run down, the headboard was coming off the wall with pieces of it missing. It was dirty dust everywhere bathroom and not been cleaned. I tried to speak with someone downstairs twice on two different occasions and the girl down there didn't want to hear it awful we won't never stay there again and we have stated many Country Inn & Suites over the states.”

“Stayed at hotel for one night on our way back to Michigan on our Florida vacation. Hotel was not bad but needed some updates.
