We arrive on Saturday evening. The guy at the drones was WONDERFUL. So nice. The front lobby was very clean and breakfast was great. The room: MUSTY!!!! dated, needs repainted, the headboards were dirty. Checked the beds luckily no critters but many layers of mattress covers covered with hair. Would have loved having four pillows on each of the beds . AC needs revamped which could help the mustiness. Beds were comfortable enough for the night though. Outside: a few areas with busted bottles/glass.

Our room was infested with ants. Any food we put on counter was swarmed by ants very quickly. Staff was nice and breakfast was great for hotel free breakfast. Pool was very very cold.

It needs updating. The tile floor in the elevator was cracked. There were parts of the wall around the elevator that weren't covered and you could see the studs etc. The inside pool had way too much clorine and was cold. Had to ask for pool towels and blanket for pull out couch. Beds slept good. The bathroom sink was cracked.

This property needs to change the room descriptions they describe a 1 bedroom suite with a living room that has a pullout a 2 bedroom. They have also removed the door separating the two rooms which is what i was told when i asked where the f@#K it was. On the other hand room was spacious and clean as well as the facilities. Oh apparently you get one remote control for the two TV's to share so that fun.

Online listing indicated 2 BEDROOMS, but I received a single queen bed with pull out couch. Staff was Condescending and told me the space where the pull out couch was is considered a second bedroom. I was ultimately offered two queen bed suite and told the property does not have two bedroom rooms available at that location.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointingly low. Our suite was advertised as having a door separating the bedroom from the living area, but unfortunately, this door was missing. Moreover, the room itself was quite dirty, with noticeable stains throughout. We placed our trash and used towels outside the room, where they remained until we had to request removal. Even after this, fresh towels were not provided. Additionally, there was inadequate airflow into the living area, resulting in constant heat and humidity despite our efforts to cool the bedroom with the AC.
