“The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked ”

“We had a great stay. Beautiful views. It is quite a trek into the neighborhood to get here, so we pretty much stayed put for our short stay. If you are like us and don't feel like driving the mountain roads much try taking a walk up the road, pass through the emergency gate and take a left, there is a perfect hiking trail. ”

“The house is beautiful and newly renovated. The host has it stocked beautifully! They even provided all soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags and enough towels for everyone for the whole week.The drawback and why I did a 4-star is the driveway. I have a new respect for mountains- we have been to Gatlinburg- Branson and white water rafting in West Virginia. This is nothing like that- you are in the mountains and have very narrow roads with NO shoulders at all and lots of curves. The driveway has a……

“Nice facility, well maintained, great breakfast, close to restaurants and shopping. Only issue was semi truck outside ran all night long making it difficult to sleep. This needs to be addressed.”

“Room was great checking in the girl wasn't very pleasant at all. She was a little hateful when I ask questions. Breakfast was ok with what was there but most things like egg was empty. Girl in back but didn't seem to be doing anything to fill stuff.”
