“Upon entering my room, I noticed an intense, damp smell. Shortly after, I discovered that the carpet near the window and under the air conditioning unit was completely drenched. Because I checked in late (around 1:00 AM), I decided to sleep and address it the next day. When I notified the front desk the following morning, they were entirely dismissive. They did not take a formal report or show any concern. I seriously doubt the issue has been resolved. I would not recommend staying here.”

“The "breakfast" doesn't really consist of food. It's only carbs, no protein, no fruit, nothing of substance. The healthiest part was the orange juice, maybe. The room was gross, the sheets were stained, there was no vent fan in the bathroom, mold in the shower, mold behind the glass of the mirror. Bathroom counter was tiny and low. Ice bucket was cracked. Check in was behind bullet proof glass, felt like I was checking into county jail. If you are a single person, swinging through and need……

“First time staying at a La Quinta. I loved that they were dog friendly. Sadly our room had ants. They gave my husband a can of raid to handle the issue himself. That was kind of odd. Then the following morning I needed additional washcloths. There was only one at the desk so the clerk went to get more from laundry. Got into the shower and discovered they were in fact dirty washcloths! One was stained the other one was covered in dark curly hair. Absolutely disgusting! Instead of taking……

“Expedia didn’t sent correct reservation or my itinerary to my current email so instead of having the corner room with the beautiful view three nights I only had it for two. This room was much better. I was then put in a side room with a view of the stadium, which was incredibly loud from traffic all night long. The staff said the room I was in could not be given to me for the last night as it was already booked, but this was a poor substitute. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. The……
