When trying to check in once flight was within 24 hrs I was unable to due to a name not matching reservation and needed to go to check in counters upon arrival at airport . After telling the staff the issue I had the checked us in no problem so there was no discrepancy in reservation and it went right thru with no problem but had to stand in line for apparently no reason . A little frustrating although the staff was great
From LAX to Cancun Mexico is a no frills flight. They come around 1 time to offer a beverage and 1 snack. But they do not over book the plane which is very nice to have extra seats and storage for carry on. I was told my daughter could get bottled water on the flight to mix her infants formula. The flight to Cancun no problem. The flight home they said they didn’t have any water
