"We had a great time during our stay. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and all the amenities we needed and then some (beach towels, even sunscreen, some toiletries, well-stocked kitchen). "One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. "My buddies and I had an unbelievable weekend at this house. Bethany was extremely easy to communicate and coordinate events with before we arrived. Once we were there, everything went so smooth. She had great recommendations for us. The chefs Jonatan and Paula cooked us amazing meals all weekend and were extremely friendly. Hands down a 10 out of 10!"

"The house is great with a great view of the ocean. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was very convenient. The only thing I think should be included is extra toilet paper and potable water as essentials. Daniel did get us an extra bottle of water at my request which I was thankful. "Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. Overall a great experience!"

"The property had great potential. It rained the night before and when I arrived all of the floors were flooded. They were doing some rental renovations next door and we kept hearing banging for hours. It took a while to get the water up and we didn't really enjoy the property because all of the flooding."

"Beautiful property, well maintained. The breakfast is amazing. The beach is clean and very nice (just make sure you put your towels early in the morning, so you can enjoy the beach umbrellas). It takes about 10-15 min. walking to get to the restaurants and the shopping area. It was a pleasure to stay there and would love to come back again."

"The property appearance was nice. Resort clean well kept. Staff were helpful kind. I read in other reviews Saturdays is a transition day if your not a resort member you have to switch rooms, which we did (no problems ) Pool food great fresh. The buffet food needs more options or switch up the menu for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Kid friendly and has a water park. At night if you lucky you see large turtles come up to lay eggs. I would recommend. Friendly reminder bring cash for tips although cashless resort. Great location also walkable restaurants stores and malls on the strip. "

"The bell boys are amazing. Miguel, Gael, and Alex are very friendly. Young girl Jashell with long pretty hair was amazing at check in. All of our servers Carlos at the Italian, Christopher at the Mexican restaurant, and Ricardo who was on his third day at Flama. I can’t tell you how amazing the staff is. Would recommend to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Our family had a wonderful time here! The food was the best of all, very delicious and they changed it up a little every day. Didn’t have to make reservations at the restaurant for the evening meals, which was very nice. They are VERY clean and keep the property immaculate. Great evening entertainment! I wouldn’t hesitate to book here. Our favorite in Cancun so far. Bring floatys for the kiddos, all the pools are so deep. Only thing was having to get chairs by the pool was impossible, I’m guessing you have to wake up at 5 am, because we went at 6 and they were all taken. Flor and Baltezar were great!!"
