"Our room overlooked lagoon. But it was very clean and all amenities needed were provided. Very neat pool area and was glad the beach didn’t have much sargassum. "

"Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean, food was surprisingly good. We booked a room with an ocean view and it was worth every penny in my opinion. Docked one star simply for the condition of some of the areas around the hotel (a bit rundown in some outside areas, pool grout chipping, paint peeling in some spots - but nothing too bad) and the constant asking about spa services while at the pool. Not aggressive or pushy, just asking too much. I had just come from a massage and an hour later was being asked about spa while at the pool. I did have a massage and it was really nice - but didn’t love my facial. Overall great experience, great staff, great stuff for kids. We stayed on resort the whole time and our kids had a blast at the kids club. "

"Overall this was a great place the drinks and food were delicious the parties, activities and shows were so fun. The staff were awesome, very sweet and helpful people. The main thing that should be fixed is that they need more bathrooms throughout the building and by the pools. It was over all clean but the bedsheets "

"The receptionists' service leaves nothing to be desired; they answer rudely and are unhelpful. The food is repetitive and very expensive for the service."

"Ocean was visible from our balcony which was the only good thing about the room. Bed was hard and horrible to sleep on. Rooms need completely remodeled. Door and walls thin and can hear everything in hallways. Doors slam shut consistently. Food was horrible and was very tired of buffet after having to eat there for breakfast and lunch every day. Restaurants for dinner had not great food and was very disappointing. Service was great and the grounds and pools were very clean. Beach front was great and loved the ocean front. Was not aware that this would be a party resort and there was lots of kids there for spring break. Yelling and partying going on all hours of the night. If you want a relaxing, quiet, vacation with a nice room to enjoy and good food, this is not the resort for you. "
