Gorgeous View
The view was beautiful and the location was perfect. We appreciated the work put in to remodel the condo, especially in the kitchen. It was well appointed and all we needed was whatever we wanted to eat/drink. The only room for improvement was that it was pretty dirty on the balcony so we weren't able to enjoy the space. Otherwise, it met all of our needs.

The roominess was great and the beds were comfy. The little deck area needs new flooring as it gets your feet black and then the floors inside get dirty. The kitchen could use some kitchen towels instead of just a roll of paper towels.

Even though this property is not lakefront, it does have an amazing view of Lake Chelan. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony or even inside at the table taking in the view!

Wonderful place for a family. Close to downtown Chelan and Water Slides!! Loved the house and its cleanliness, cooking and meal supplies, washer/dryer, wonderful water view, everything you could ask it "fits the bill"!!

Everything was as described. The decor was minimal, but nice. It was pretty clean, except for the floors. There were games and books for kids, which were a nice touch. We really enjoyed the view from the room. It ended up being more expensive than I wanted after the additional fees though. The “front desk” specialist was really helpful and I appreciate the communication.

Fantastic
Came our for a weekend for our 3 year anniversary, and had an amazing time. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, pans etc to cook with, and the fireplace and smart TV made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
Awesome place to stay. Very well designed and comfortable. The view is amazing both at night and in daytime.1 minute away from two parks, boat rentals, food and a water park. The only problem: Some of the sheets were not clean. At first the dryer did not work but we emptied out the lint filter and it started drying cloths.

Mom’s birthday weekend
We were very pleased with the condo, it was very well stocked. The views were spectacular and the location was quiet and wonderful. We would rent this condo again. The only problem was they asked us to remove our shoes and the floors were not as clean as we would have liked for needing to be barefoot.

Odds and ends
1. Washer/ dryer did not work and I packed light as I was planning to use it. Grrr never got fixed!!!! 2. The toilet plugged and luckily they did fix this the same day. But there wasn’t any heavy duty plungers in the condo. 3. No coffee maker, kitchen stocked poorly, a few more spatulas and mixing utensils would help plus a larger garbage can with garbage bags. 4. No garbage bags 5. Not very clean. Walking On The floor for a few minutes my feet were jet black 6. No access to this unit for the handicapped, 17 stairs for the 86 year old grandma with a walker., very difficult and I was told there was an easy access??? Nice having TVs in all the rooms and the view is nice. But a Very small deck No lake access or pool either

The condo was extremely dirty. The floors had a black residue and the sheets wer dirty and everything was dirty. I talked to customer care about the washer and WiFi not working but nothing was fixed. We stayed for 2 nights. Dirty apartment and was over priced. I need a refund.

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient place. Nice view. The only reason we didn’t give perfect ratings is for cleanness. The sheets could have been a little cleaner. We found some stains and hair strands especially in one of the bunk beds. It almost seemed like it was not changed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. When don’t mind staying here again in the future.

Beautiful weekend in Chelan!
We had an amazing time in our weekend in Chelan here! The view is incredible, and we had plenary of space to spread out, cook and chill! We were running a trail race at the Echo Valley ski area and the location was perfect for being close to the water, a walk away from down town and easy access when we needed extra grocery supplies, and close to our race! We loved being on the 2nd story so we had a great view of the lake, and the birds who were at eye level:) super comfy beds, very well stocked kitchen and straight forward check in/check out process! We even got VERY helpful eleven y assistance when a misunderstanding led to us accidentally locking ourselves out, but someone arrived super promptly to assist us! (Life saver!!) Only tiny suggestions: the upstairs door to the balcony didn’t lock which we really had to keep an eye on with a toddler in tow! :) the internet login that came in the email wasn’t correct (the network listed didn’t exist…) but we found a card in an office supplies drawer that had the correct info listed so in the end we figured it out! The previous visitor must have had a dog too because there was animal hair on the colorful folded blankets in the bunk bed room and some on the floor. We used the broom and appreciated the extra fuzzy blankets that were in the other two bedrooms. All in all— a wonderful stay!!

It was an amazing stay! We had a blast! The only thing I would have to complain about was the sheets and towels were stained and kinda gross. Other than that their appliances were super nice, they had everything you needed, cute place, and even better view!

The perfect place for a weekend getaway! Cute place, clean, and has a lot of amenities. It even has brand new appliances! It is about 1.5 miles away from restaurants/shops which was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the stay and amenities were good. Couple things were we couldn’t get TV or Netflix for mainly kids. Property management credited us and that was a nice gesture. The oven didn’t work and maybe the grill needs to be replaced or cleaned. Overall fun experience with views!

Sketchy don’t book it!
Scary one lane steep road in and out (had to back down 1X), sketchy front door, didn’t have central air but had portable ones. So LOUD! Sounded like an an airplane in my ear all night. I wondered why the TV was on closed captioning. I realized it was because the air conditioners were so loud you had to read what was going on! Also, 1 of the portables kept popping the breaker so they had to get someone over and he tried but couldn’t fix it so he ran an electrical cord across the hallway to plug it into another area. But the condo did have a great view. And 2 bathrooms is essential for 6 people. I still wouldn’t stay there again. Sorry ☹️

House was unprepared and lacked basic amenities.
The entire back of the house’s power wasn’t working - lights didn’t turn on and outlets didn’t work. There is a leak in the sink, which made the garbage bags wet and the bin they were stored in wet. Because the power was out in the bedrooms, there was no air conditioning in the rooms, which made it extremely hot and uncomfortable. Overall, at the very least should have been electricity in all areas of the house.
