“The motel was very clean and the beds where very comfortable, but the furniture was very old and in poor state , no coffee pot, water or glasses, no phone or alarm clock, absolutely nothing extra. Towels and sheets old and grey.”

“There is no mini fridge in the room. I stayed for work and lost all of my lunch fixings because I was not aware and couldn’t find a cooler for sale in town.”

“Until I decided to take a shower I thought the hotel room was okay... then I found dirty towels in the bathroom and I totally changed my opinion. Disappointed to say the least. The rooms have terrible acoustic insulation: you can hear your neighbors like they were in the room with you... luckily there were not many guests!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Beautiful property and view of the river!”

“Loved our stay, the cabin was very cute and the view was worth the price”

“Awesome stay. It is so quiet a peacful on this beutiful property. The kids thought it was cool to see the longhorn as they moved around theoughout the day. Accommodations were very clean. Would stay here again durong future trips to Llano.”

“Sabrina was the most amazing host we have ever had on VRBO.The one bedroom did not fit us, but she took care of us and she was amazing”

“Def needed the unplug night at the lake. The RV was very clean and nice to stay in. We picked this spot because of the play area, kayaks, and fishing. Something for everyone. When we arrived we quickly noticed how infested this property is of spiders. Kids could not play n the truely amazing play ground, despite us trying to clear it, there were just too many spiders already nestled in. The actual property was beautiful and the water was great, the kids were able to swim right off the dock area.……

“The kids loved it!”

“Great place right at the entrance to the park. Would definitely go back anytime”

“Communication was great from the moment I booked the Pink Lady! The decor inside and out is charming, the screened in patio was a great place to relax, loved the outdoor speaker and lights, AC worked very well, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I was a little anxious about things potentially going wrong in an RV... but everything was perfect. Thanks for having us!”

“What an awesome spot!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Colorado Bend Cabins. Looking forward to another visit in the future.”

“We loved this historic home stay. The breakfast bakery goods were such a special touch. Drinking coffee on the porch swings each morning was delightful, and the patio for evenings was perfect. We want to come back in the fall to sit around the fire pit! Location is great for enjoying Main Street breweries, restaurants, and shopping. Accommodations were great!”

“If you absolutely have to have a place to sleep and you don’t wanna sleep in your car I guess you could sleep here, but please do not look at the pictures and think that that’s where you’re staying. I promise it’s not even even that good”

“This was the perfect spot for a quiet, unplugged weekend for my husband and I. We brought our pups and they enjoyed it as well. It was within walking distance of the river, downtown, and lots of delicious places to eat. We really enjoyed the little smores kit the host left in the fridge. 10/10 would recommend.”
