Thank you so much for your feedback, we are currently working on stocking up on new pillows to replace them all throughout the hotel. However for your next stay we do have alternate pillows available at the desk.

I am so sorry the hot tub and slide weren't working for you, the red emergency button near the dial sometimes gets pushed in and needs to be pulled back out. I also apologize for the cleanliness of the hot tub, it gets fairly built up with lint and is cleaned each morning and night but I will ensure it is being done more regularly. I however am very happy to hear you were happy with your room and our breakfast selection.

I'm so sorry you experienced issues with the pool and hot tub during your stay. Unfortunately with the extreme cold temperatures it does prove to be somewhat difficult to keep the pool area warm, additionally our hot tub heater decided to quit on us during your stay; however it has been repaired and we hope you are able to enjoy it during your next stay!
