Glad to have a suite
Loved the suite setup, very convenient. Hotel is showing its age but room was clean. Unfortunately the light in the kitchen didn’t work for us. The pillows were much too high for our preference, but the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again

The staff was wonderful at the front desk and in the dining room, we didn't interact with any others so I wont rate them. The main hotel was quite clean and considering there was at least one other wedding group in the hotel, it still seemed quiet. Our room could have used a better eye to detail for cleaning. At first glance it looked great but when I looked behind the bedside table to plug in my charger I found 2 empty cans and a used kleenex. The water pressure in the shower was great :)

This is a sure bet when staying in the Chetwyd area. Large and spacious rooms with kitchen is a huge plus! Staff are very friendly, making the stay enjoyable!

I was disappointed that the hot tub and slide were not clean or working. The hallway carpets had stains. Otherwise the room was clean and spacious; and, the included breakfast was hot.

I am so sorry the hot tub and slide weren't working for you, the red emergency button near the dial sometimes gets pushed in and needs to be pulled back out. I also apologize for the cleanliness of the hot tub, it gets fairly built up with lint and is cleaned each morning and night but I will ensure it is being done more regularly. I however am very happy to hear you were happy with your room and our breakfast selection.

Unfortunately with the extreme cold temperatures it does prove to be somewhat difficult to keep the pool area warm, additionally our hot tub heater decided to quit on us during your stay; however it has been repaired and we hope you are able to enjoy it during your next stay!

Friendly staff. Room was very nice. For the price disappointed since there was no hot breakfast. Also due to cold weather the pool and hot tub room was wet. They worked on fixing the venting so we were able to use the slide, pool & hot tub. Thanks for the effort. Also we wanted some bottled water so they promptly displayed some bottles of water. The morning we checked out they said they would send my receipt, but next day checked my email and no receipt. Checked inbox, All Mail Etc. and could not find it. So I called and they promptly sent it. So thank you very much.

The pool, waterslide and hot tub were great. The hotel (general areas) was pretty rough, worn and not the cleanest. Our hotel room had a light that didn't work, lots of stains on everything from the walls, lamp shade, chairs, chair seats. We had a kitchenette, but did not have any dish soap, dish towel, wash cloth, etc. Floors were very dirty. Thermostat on wall didn't work (could use the front of the heater), and the remote didn't fully work (couldn't see a menu/guide). No towels in the pool for one swim, had to go get our room towels.
