Jefferson Park is a diverse neighborhood located on the northwest side of Chicago. Known for its strong sense of community, Jefferson Park features a mix of residential homes and small businesses. The neighborhood is easily accessible through public transportation, with the Jefferson Park Transit Center serving as a hub for several bus routes, as well as the Blue Line train. Jefferson Park also boasts a large park, a public library, and several restaurants and bars, making it a great destination for both residents and visitors alike.

To get to North Central Ave. from O'Hare International Airport, Midway International Airport, or Downtown Chicago, you can use a combination of public transportation and walking. Here are the directions for each option:

From O'Hare International Airport:

Take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and get off at the Jefferson Park station.
From the station, walk northwest on W Lawrence Ave towards N Long Ave, then turn right onto N Central Ave. The destination will be on your left.

From Midway International Airport:

Take the Orange Line train towards Loop and get off at the Roosevelt station.
Transfer to the Red Line train towards Howard and get off at the Fullerton station.
From the station, transfer to the #76 Diversey bus towards Harlem CTA Blue Line station.
Get off at Central & Lawrence and walk north on N Central Ave. The destination will be on your right.

From Downtown Chicago:

Take the Blue Line train towards O'Hare and get off at the Jefferson Park station.
From the station, walk northwest on W Lawrence Ave towards N Long Ave, then turn right onto N Central Ave. The destination will be on your left.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi or use ride-sharing services such as Uber or Lyft to get to the destination from any of these locations. However, this option will likely be more expensive than taking public transportation.

We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and dogs and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
