I was disappointed in the room service. I expected the housekeeping service to visit your room daily without you asking for it. While I didn't excessively use the room, I expected that the towels would be changed or replaced daily and the bed would be made daily. On the day of departure, I went to breakfast to find that there wasn't any milk for the cereal that I had decided to eat. Otherwise the room plan is akin to a small apartment which I appreciated.

What stood out from this property vs a normal Hampton Inn experience is 1) The availability of suites which provide a little more room for those who need it; and 2) A very good gym, including a number of good weight machines in addition to free weights and cardio options.

I loved the cozy suite,it was clean,everyone was very friendly,greeting was marvelous( front desk worker ,loved her), and the breakfast was to die for I am a sanitation manager ,and the food was tasty,presentable,hot ,clean area ,just very well put together, i loved my stay and ill be back very soon!

Our room did not have AC at it was almost 80 degrees in the room. Only option to cool room down was to open window - however this brought in lots of noise as property close to highway.

Nice owner change
I’ve been booking this hotel when it was a Marriott for last 2.5 years. Very impressed on how overnight that Hampton staff improved the customer experience. Now exceptional coffee in the lobby all day and free parking. Often it is these simple basics that can keep consumers from shopping elsewhere. Well done! May be back next week.

Mae, the desk host is amazing along with the African American girl that was working late on New Year’s Eve on 12/30/2023 who helped me get allergy medication. Our room was very well clean and met our expectations. The only reason why I did not give full starts on property conditions was because the pool staff closed the pool early and the pool floor felt like it need to be fix because you actually feel pieces on your feet along with the hot tub. But overall our stay was amazing and no bed bugs or anything of the sort! I definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again. My son and I were satisfied! & Happy New Year!

Last min pool and hot tub was down for 3 days.
Took me a few days to plan & find what I thought was going to be the perfect winter break getaway for my family only to arrive and check in before telling me the pool/hot tub was unavailable. I called the day I booked to make sure they had a pool and hot tub available bc since Covid some are shut down but some hotels don’t update on their websites. Said it should be open the next day, sadly I already promised my kids to swim so I canceled & rebooked somewhere else for the night and was told to call back and see if the pool was open the next day before booking just to make sure. Next day I called and it swaps still shut down. Literally ruined our trip bc I then had to replan & rebook my 3 nights I had planned out. It takes some time to plan trips with kids not to mention the earlier you book the best discounts you get so I also paid higher rates somewhere else that wasn’t as nice as this was suppose to be bc I now had to book somewhere last min. Very frustrating!!
