Not a good experience all around. After booking the motel, I arrived there only to find out that the pictures in Hotel.com aren’t of that motel. Was greeted by the one and only person working there who told me himself that the pictures were wrong. Bad experiences started at check in when the price for staying there were $20 more then advertised. Charged me a extra $5 for using a debit card. ??? I told him I made the reservation on Hotel.com. He actually said to me “that was stupid” it was late and I didn’t feel like changing my reservations, so I paid the extra $20. The website advertised a on the go breakfast. There was no breakfast, coffee or anything available. I was given a room that was below any standards a motel should be allowed. The security chain on the door was hanging off the walk by one loose screw. The TV was outdated. The bathroom had so much mold in it that I refused to take a shower. When I pulled back the comforter on the bed I noticed a blanket that had a least 3-4 holes in it. When that was pulled back I saw a sheet that had stains and hair on it. It had not been washed. Needless to say I slept on top of the comforter in my clothes. The few towels I had in the bathroom were at one time white but were now a dingy yellow. I had an upset stomach that night and ran out of toilet paper my first time in the bathroom. I understand that you get what you pay for. But for $70 I could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer. It’s really close to false advertising.
