Horrible experience
I was unable to reach the host and consequently was unable to get access to the VRBO I paid for. I tried for days in advance of my reservation all the way up to the day of and never got a response. Tried to communicate through the app, and directly via text and phone calls... never got a response. The experience with customer service was also unideal. It took an hour to get ahold of a real person to tell them about the issue. They were also not able to reach the host and I was Passed along to another customer service agent. After 3 hours on the phone, they were only able to get me a hotel in the area for 1 of the 2 nights of my stay in Chicago, per their policy. It was a horrible experience that cost me a lot of money and I have yet to receive a refund for the stay I was unable to use. Simply unexcusable.

Accommodations were ok. The apartment was clean but needs some work. The title of Gorgeous newly renovated was a little exaggerated. One of the exit doors was off hinge. You could not control AC/Heat. Wifi did not work at all. Had some issues with kitchen circuit fuse blowing. Property owner was responsive.

We never heard back from the host and were forced to rebook at the last minute , causing a ton of stress and dysfunction while we were traveling for a wedding. This listing should be removed.
