The hotel was very nice. Room was clean. Parking can be a little harder later in the day. The location is good but it is behind a theater so when there is a play going on it gets crowded. The room was big and clean. The safe did not work though. The pool are was nice although the hot tub was cold the first day but was repaired once notified. Overall I would stay there again.

This was our 3rd and last stay. Gradually worse each time. Our room not great, trouble getting into pool, bar not open until listed close time. Our pull out was insanely stained and no bedding. Waited an hour to get it brought to us. Using room phone front desk never answered … had to call direct from cell phone. Daughter cut finger on curtain somehow… pretty deep… no first aid at front. Sent to kitchen to ask… unacceptable. Other better hotels much cheaper. It’s REALLY gone down hill. We unfortunately won’t be back The front desk lady at check in was great. Hotel was nice and clean. I was under the impression that the indoor pool was heated, it was freezing cold. The hot tub was occupied the whole time and the water in the hot tub was gray and gross looking. Planned a little staycation with kids so they could be able to swim. I’ll still give a good review just if the pool is top priority of your stay you will be disappointed

The property is nice however, I noticed it needs some renovations with couches that are dirty. The towel hanger came off the wall. My room had two lady bugs. The bar area menu could have more options. One of the bar staff made a mistake with my good order. She said “I asked you twice I can not delete the order you will have to pay for two meals even though I did not eat the meal. That was a bit disappointing. However, I spoke with the supervisor and she was able to provide me a complimentary breakfast and a later check out because my flight was delayed. On a rate from 1 to 10 I would rate this hotel a five. The supervisor did mention that they are going to be having some renovations, which is awesome. I would not come back here unless the renovations are completed. I expected excellence from Hilton.

Its a beautiful hotel, I did ask for a balcony, but handle was broken so I couldn't open it at all. We couldn't switch rooms because rooms were full. Room was very clean. Pool was horrible, I called before booking to ask if the pool is heated, IT IS NOT! Had I've been told the truth, I would've booked some place else. Jacuzzi..was warm, it was heated as the pool should've been. And had some kind of white foam on top of the water, at least 13-15 people were in the Jacuzzi, just to stay warm from the cold pool water and the cold air that was blowing inside the pool area. Next door to us was an adult party going on, so loud, people coming in and out of there room and the doors slam loud every time. Went on till about 3am. Not good for my kids, since they sleep early and wake up early due to school routine. Walked out of the room for check out, empty liquor bottle 🍾 in the hallway.

The room had an odor that we could not get out the room . The front desk my old us a lot of people complain about the smell but it’s nothing they can do at the moment . The buffet workers were rude for breakfast . The pool amenities was not available . The front desk workers were rude and discriminating. No understanding or respect for someone with a special need child . Things in the room were broken & maintenance never came as promised . Parking was a hassle . I didn’t feel safe , they had a lot of young people there & the property had no control of things being done at the property . Police was called because of a disturbance. They are always short staff . The rooms are all the same size . Can pay for more with rhe suites but it is not worth it .

Overall, it is a nice hotel. Parking is $6 per night which is not communicated until you arrive. A lot of families had kids there for the weekend and MANY kids were running up and down the hallways and playing in the elevators into th wee hours of the night (2 a.m. specifically). They would have gotten a full 5 stars if anything was done to enforce some sort of curfew.

Older hotel. Furniture and carpet needs updating but the staff was friendly. Not able to use balcony so not sure the point of having a special balcony room. There was an altercation in the lobby and police called. Walked to the theater next door where staff was very kind to let us in to wait for the all clear to get back to our room. Sad this happened because we were having a nice time in the bar playing games.

The owner of the hotel was being very Reishus where other gas is brought big boxes of food because everything that you would have a party other people brought all I had was candy bags for the kids and he single me and my grandkids out

Felt Like outside
The first room felt like a igloo It took maintenance 45 minutes to come to my room and check the heat. After he fixed it, it started blowing out hot air when I came back it was blowing out cold air again then after they get me a new room that room was also cold I called downstairs. No one answered. I got up early in the morning and left.

Lots of kids running around playing with the elevators and getting floors wet from swimming. Very slippery and unsafe by elevators main level. To many kids in pool couldn’t even use it during our visit. Sink was not draining right in our room. Bathroom was dirty needs to be updated and cleaned. Under the couch was not cleaned garbage and things from previous stays. The toilet was wobbling, but they did come to fix that right away when it was mentioned.

I booked 2 rooms. I checked in around 5:30 6pm. I had rooms 314 & 322. I had my two teenager daughters with me. Out rooms were just down the hall. Around 8pm my daughter told me heat wasn’t working properly. I goes to their room 314. Heat was blowing cool air digital thermostat only went up to 77 degrees. I went to front desk to speak with someone. I told her my issue and she said the colder it is outside the longer it takes to heat room. I said will it’s only going to 77 degrees. I was told that’s the highest it goes. I go back to my room 322. I turn my heat on 80 degrees. I see my timer within 20 minutes my room was heated. I went back to 314 it was still blowing cool air. I went to front and said I think heat isn’t working. I was told okay I’m going to move your room but you won’t have balcony. I said okay then to be told your kids will be on the 5th floor. I said that’s fine. I was moved to 514. Only to have another issue. The toliet wasn’t flushing. I want to front desk. The engineer was sent up to fix the issue.

The property needs a major update. We have been staying for years here but will not be back. The rooms are worn down, the couch had large stain on it. Requested more towels and they said they didn't have any to give. Hot tub wasn't functioning properly. Really disappointed because location is great!
