Spacious Garden Level Apartment Irving Park - Convenient, Quiet, and Cozy

Welcome to our garden apartment in Irving Park. You'll find comfortable amenities in our new beds and cozy furniture, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and even a spot for laundry if you need it free of charge. We have included a coffee and tea station to start your morning off right, and an office with free fiber optic wifi and a dedicated color printer/scanner. The living room has a large 65" television and electric fireplace to relax in. There is an expanding table for dining or just leave it compact for more space and storage. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and plenty of walk in closet storage. The third bedroom is a dedicated office space with a self-inflating air mattress. You have your own entrance on the ground floor for private access anytime using your door code. Our quiet street offers easy parking for those who prefer driving, and convenient access to Brown and Blue "L" train lines and 1/2 block walk access to bus lines.

Weekend stay
The property was amazing, they provided us with lots of supplies and the place was super clean. It didn't feel cramped at all with 6 people and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Only issue was parking sometimes and that's because we got home pretty late but we could easily find parking around the neighborhood only a 3 min walk away! Owners helped us check-in too!

10/10 would book again in future!
Our long weekend in Chicago was made a million times better by our choice to stay at this property. Owners were amazing- very responsive and easy to work with, listing was exactly as described, clean, organized and had thought of everything. Checking in AND out was an absolute dream. You guys are killing it. Will without a doubt book again if available this summer when we plan to return!
