ELEVATOR IS BROKEN and has been broken for over a month! Not great for someone with physical disabilities. Breakfast was mediocre…pancake machine was broken and no scrambled eggs, only egg whites. Humming noise from fridge kept me awake all night and the room smelled musty.

Fortunately, we had a 1st floor room. All elevators out of service! 1st 2 hrs spent listening to a construction jackhammer 2 doors down from us. No advance notice thst these conditions existed

This was not at all as advertised. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, were called to be told they were sold out and only had 2 king beds. Showed up (after midnight with two little kids) told we were getting a room with 2 kings, show up to 1 king and told there were no other options. We’re no extra pillows, blankets or even towels for the kids. Very frustrating but that late at night we didn’t really have any other options. Also the elevator was broken. This was a big disappointment using Orbitz and Holliday Inn

We arrived at 1am with two small children already sleeping in the car, and when the informed us that we were on the third floor at that the elevator was broken, so we would have to carry everything upstairs (including the heavy pack and play). The key cards also weren’t working, so we had to have the staff manually open our door again whenever we left the room. The room was very clean and the staff were very nice, but the inconvenience of carrying everything up and down 3 flights of stairs at 1am resulted in my 1 year old waking up and crying for hours after we finally carried everything up, which was very frustrating.

Quick overnight stay
Nice location for a quick overnight on a longer trip. The front desk attendant was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were a little outdated but the beds were extremely comfortable.

The front desk staff person was wonderful! The room was not in great condition and not as clean and tidy as I expected. The location is convenient to the highway but the hotel is sandwiched behind a Taco Bell and a truck stop which is unappealing.

Nice place to stay
Nice room, great staff, nice breakfast. A little noisy. My in room fridge was loud, and the toilets in all the rooms were very loud. You could hear every time one was flushed. Housekeeping missed a couple of spots before I checked in, nothing major. I would stay there again.
