Room was very spacious. Nice view from all bungalows. When ordering room service on line you may want to call to remind them. Check the shower floor, ours was very slippery. All in all it was a nice stay.

The place is great and service is good. But we did not receive VIP benefit (and this is not the first time this has happened to me with Casa Andina Hotels) and the room had a garden view although we paid for a pool view one.

My wife got her cellphone robbed on the swimming pool. The hotel staff couldn´t identify the robber and we werent allowed to see the security video. No direct contact was made by the hotel staff and internal procedures took days.

It felt like being in an oasis. The ambiance of the property was peaceful in spite of being close to the heart of town. The manager was most considerate when we had a health issue.

Dear Claudia, Thank you for taking the time to share your inquiries with us. We truly regret your negative perception regarding your experience at Casa Andina. In this opportunity, we would like to give you more details about the mentioned tax. According to the rules and regulations of our country, all the residents must be charged the IGV tax, which represents 18% of the total expense. Nonetheless, foreigners and Peruvians who are not currently living in the country don’t have to pay it if they can evidence either condition to the SUNAT; by presenting their TAM card or by showing their passport. When a person makes a reservation through Expedia, only the cost of the room is charged but the corresponding taxes are not, given that Expedia doesn’t have a way of determining which taxes the guest should or shouldn’t pay. Given that for us it is really important to keep our guests informed, we would like to mention that all this information is available at the Expedia website and it is also mentioned along the process of the reservation; which states that the final price shown doesn’t include the 18% tax. I hope that this information has been of great help to you and that it has solved any other inquiry you might have had. On the other hand, I regret not being able to meet you in person, since I am aware of the inconvenient presented with the AC in your room, rest assure that our maintenance department took immediate action to correct this matter. One of the best in Chincha
After a long a fabulous day in the beach we needed a hotel to get a good rest, we went this hotel with fresh pool and then a delicious dinner, Casa Andina Chincha was a highlight in our trip, we will be back for sure.

Good hotel in a busy town
Paradise on a stone through of a busy road. You do not notice when you are inside the hotel and garden that you are next to a busy road.

I went to Casa Andina Chincha , and I fell in love with the place.The room was very rustic, and pretty,location was excellent, they have a huge supermall across street,the staff was friendly and professional I couldnt ask for a better place to visit. Stephani, and Jennifer in the front desk were the sweetest ladies ever and always ready to assist me with a smile on their faces.

We arrived at the hotel at check-in time. Easy check-in. Room was clean and spacious. Facilities were well kept. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Food and drinks at the facilities were good. There are two staff members that we dealt with that were very helpful and informative. Margarita at the restaurant and Wilton.

A lovely oasis in the midst of a dusty little town
After two busy weeks in Lima, we three North Americans determined that we needed R&R more than we needed sightseeing. We selected this hotel because it was relatively close to Lima, not in the jungle, and accessible by motor vehicle. The hotel is a resort, a true get-away from dust, busy-ness, and hectic activities. The rooms are clean, all is color coordinated, the grounds are immaculate. There is an outdoor play area for children that includes a climbing wall. For adults there is a ping-pong table, a pool table, foos ball, and more. The swimming pool is the best ever - warm, big, not deep, and kept clean. There was a constant process of upgrading outside. Indoors the cleaning included washing (with soap and water!) floors in the lobby and outside at the entryway. At the restaurant there are tables both inside and outside with a nice menu including Peruvian dishes. This was a truly delightful experience, and highly recommended!

A beautiful oasis in the midst of town
After two very intense weeks in Lima, we three Americans decided that we needed R&R more than we needed to sight see. We selected this resort, which turned out to be a perfect place for R&R. It is located in the town, across from Mega Plaza, which is a shopping area with a Metro, a food court, and a number of other stores. The hotel has a large, warm, beautiful pool, an outdoor area for games (ping pong, pool, foos ball, plus play equipment for young children), restuarant, and lovely grounds. The grounds are maintained immaculately, with workers taking care of things and cleaning every day. We saw the lobby floors washed, the windows washed, and mattresses all taken care of. The place was beautiful! Rooms are air conditioned, spacious, and clean. The only bad thing had nothing to do with the hotel. The bad thing was trying to cross the busy two-lane Pan American highway to get to the shopping area. There were semis, buses, van, trucks, cars, ad moto-cabs zipping past every second. However, we did cross that busy highway several times and lived to tell about it!

Chincha Adventure
This was a nice quaint hotel that met our purposes for a quick one-night getaway to Chincha, Peru. You should stay there if you are ever in Chincha.
