The breakfast was really nice as was the woman who ran it. The front desk staff were polite but not friendly. The room was very nice except for the a/c unit which was incredibly noisy. It was hot in the room and the window was permanently closed, so we had to turn it on. It sounded like an airplane taking off then blew cold air right onto the bed for awhile, and then noisily shut off. We had to keep it off at night so as not to be awakened, but we were uncomfortably warm.

Staff is amazing. I mean above and beyond on everything! Helped me with carrying my stuff to my room because the carts were being used and my hands were full. Breakfast was short staffed but they brought me hot water and even made extra oatmeal because it ran out even though the time had ended

Friendly staff and everything is shiny and new. The hotel is literally a part of a shopping center, which is a little strange, but on the plus side, there are plenty of dining and shopping options close by!

Thjs is a new and modern hotel- we enjoyed the room, the breakfast, the workout area, and the staff was very friendly. It is close to shops/restaurants so that is nice. It's just not very scenic, if that's what you're looking for! The only complaint my daughter and I have is the shower didn't have any power and the water did not get very hot.

Everything was great. Justin at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and breakfast was tasty. The only complaint I have is that the wall AC unit sounded like a 40 year old unit from a North Vegas Strip Hotel. Very loud.

Nice and Clean
Appears to be a newer hotel so it’s still pretty clean. Front desk lady was nice. Only complaint, which I have with most hotels, is the pathetic breakfast. It seems like these hotels think that a waffle maker is a fancy breakfast. I don’t expect much out of these, but c’mon, who wants to eat turky sausage that looks like it was barely cooked.

Best hotel I can find in chino area. The property is pretty new (2023.11) so all features are working fine. The location is not directly next to highway so it's more quiet than other chino/ont hotels next to the high ways. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Op verzoek kregen alle gasten van ons gezelschap een eigen deurpas. De was- en droogmachines werken goed en snel. Het zwembad is verwarmd. Uitgebreide gym. Gratis ontbijt voor alle gasten. 24 uur koffie, thee, chocomel en en water in de Lobby, welke een prettige zitplek is.
