I stayed at the “capsule hostel” section which had a space theme. Clean and comfortable. They handled my so late check in with ease. The breakfast was good, but the staff informing me did not say it was extra. He told me about the breakfast hour only. Anyway it’s not a big deal. The location is a little off.

Per ansamblu, ok... Merită
Un hotel cu raport calitate preț excelent, camera spațioasă, cu vedere la strada. Curățenie exemplara și în camera și în afara ei. Paturi cu saltele confortabile. Baia curata, igienizata și spațioasă. Aerul condiționat eficient. Check in rapid. Hotelul este situat la 10 minute de mers cu masina de centru. Aspecte negative: singura fereastra care se deschidea era prinsă în suruburi, astfel încât ne a fost imposibil sa aerisim camera, lucru inacceptabil pentru un astfel de hotel. Locurile de parcare insuficiente. Am parcat prin spatele hotelului, pe lângă un zid. Mic dejun insuficient, am ajuns mai tarziu și nu prea mai erau multe, dar nici nu au fost completate.

Great value for money
Hotel was very clean and the facilities in the room were great. Free Wifi was a bonus. We checked out before breakfast so can't comment on the quality of this. We only stayed one night (stop over) but the restaurant next door to the hotel was great value for money. Had a cash machine and small shop adjacent to the hotel as well.

A horrible experience
I booked my stay for two day and paid for it and I had to leave the place after the first nigh. The ned sheets are old and the pillows very uncomfortable. The vegetables served for breakfast were not fresh. I asked for a cup of coffee and it never came too. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wish I get my refund for the night I didn't use.

Great potential, challenges during our stay
This hotel has a huge amount of potential however our stay was met with some glitches. The AC worked good, bed comfortable, bathroom huge and clean, breakfast had a fairly good selection, great wifi in the room. Manager was extremely helpful. There were a few challenges during our stay. The first day our shower drain was plugged and we couldn't stay in the shower for more than 2 minutes without it overflowing. This was fixed the same day after reporting it. We didn't feel comfortable leaving anything in the safe as you could pick up the safe and carry it away. No English speaking channels on the TV. The biggest problem occurred with the fact that there was a football team in the hotel during our stay. There were two nights where the team was yelling and screaming with doors slamming until 1 a.m. I called the front desk more than once, but it was not resolved. I even went and talked with the team members who were across the hall from us. They had the door open and were yelling. The next morning one of the team members was sitting on his bed nude with the door wide open. Not exactly what you want to experience on a business trip. The hotel manager switched us to a very nice room the last night of our stay, which was quiet and comfortable.

A nice small hotel with quality 4 star rooms. Lawrence, the really caring manager made us feel at home. The best ever hotel manager that I met in the past 20 years. The reception girls are so sweet and helpful, and all the bar boys are very nice as well. Definitely recommend to everyone and will come back to this hotel again in the future.

Fantastic hotel - pristine clean, great staff
This was a fantastic hotel. Clean, modern, great breakfast - pancakes were out of this world. Staff are fantastic, and the manager Lawrence is a true modern professional and a decent man. His staff are extremely knowledgable and always willing to help. Just a fantastic stay that was made great by a fantastic hotel. Can not fault the place at all.

Nice new hotel. Not exactly central
I chose the hotel because it looked newer, and that was correct. They were not that busy. The staff was very nice. It took them some time to activate our room cards, and when we got to the room, it would not open. Apparently, the door batteries were dead. They offered us another room, and 10 minutes later, they upgraded to the suite apartment, that was really nice, and spacious. Also, there is plenty of space in the bathrooms. Nice breakfast, too. I would stay again at this hotel, if I would get back to Chisinau ( I am an Expedia gold status member).

Minibar var helt tom de 2 første nettene. Det var ingen glass eller kopp til drikke. Sluket i dusjen var delvis tett og tok ikke unna vannet. Sort sopp i dusjen i kanter som det kan bli ved dårlig renhold. Belysningen i resepsjon, bar og restaurant var totalt fraværende og hotellet så derfor stengt ut. Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme, men det er mange forbedringer å gjøre på bygningen.

A relaxing experience
Nice hotel close at 10 minutes from the city centre of Chisinau. The staff was really nice and friendly. We had a problem with the security box, solved in 5 minutes.

Normaler Durchschnitt...
..wohl für moldawische Verhältnisse oberer Standard, aber ansonsten nichts besonderes. Zimmer sind sauber bequem und geräumig, wenn nicht aus dem Fenster sieht, durchaus annehmbar. Das TV muss man umständlich selber verkabeln, Strom, Antenne um dann ein schlechtes Bild zu halten. Das schlechteste an diesem Hotel, ist das Frühstück, wenn man denn dies so bezeichnen will. Kaffee muss an der "Theke" bestellt werden, dauert lange bis er kommt, und man wird auch schon mal sehr leicht vergessen, je nach dem, wie viel Andrang herrscht. Sehr ärgerlich! Kaum Auswahl, nur das nötigste, ein bisschen Käse, Honig, und ein paar Spiegeleier, das war`s.
