The hotel is almost new and it’s maintained beautifully. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. The free breakfast was delicious with lots of selection . The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They were even able to accommodate my request for a late check out. I highly recommend this property.

Unsure of why our hotel received a 1-Star review unless it was due to the fact that you had cancelled your pre-paid reservation with Expedia the day before arrival and were required to pay for your lodging using your personal card. We hope you return again to give us a second chance to make a better impression.

It seemed that they were short staffed. Waited 10 for someone to come to the front desk. When she did come no acknowledgment of the wait. Room clean. Lots of restaurants close to hotel. We had to check out a day earlier no refund because booked through Expedia

Although staffing can sometimes be a challenge, we try to accommodate every guest quickly and efficiently in order to assist any guest with questions regarding their stay. Friendly staff, decent amenities. Housekeeping was a little lacking, needed to request new towels and toiletries. Complimentary breakfast was basic but good. The only close dining options were a Dunkin and a sub shop; the area is mostly business offices. Decent place for an overnight stay.

We loved everything about this hotel! It’s new and close to home, the pool was great, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and updated, and all staff were polite and provided excellent service!

Had to wait with 4 other parties about 10 minutes or so to check in. No one was at the counter. No way to ring a bell or alert anyone. I tried calling and it went to voicemail. A couple employees finally showed up with no apologies or acknowledgement of the people waiting. Very odd.

The shower was fantastic, property is new and fairly well maintained. They were short staffed and could have done better in cleaning the rooms - there was still glitter and confetti, probably from New Years.

I have stayed here before, but this time the bed was SO hard! (the staff told me they are new and to jump on it!), and the pillows were so flat. Other than that the staff is great and helpful. Good location for work trips and nice that security measures on elevator are in place.

Our fridge had food in it from the previous guests. The bathroom was not clean. (We didn’t complain about either of these things as we were just there to sleep) Front desk refused to refund a $150 fee they originally said was a security deposit that was just on hold until we checked out but then changed to say it was for my pets that are registered service animals. The manager is unprofessional and condescending. I will be escalating to head office.

I apologize for your experience. However when you stated that the animals were emotional support animals that disqualified you from a service animal exemption. Only after being informed that emotional support animals are not service animals you then tried to state that the animals were used for a medical service.
