Everything was bright, well designed, so attractive! Helpful luggage carts....a very efficient hotel with one exception: they ran out of Half n Half and didn't get a new supply for 3 days.....with a grocery store nearby, they could have remedied that immediately!

brand new facility. great mattresses, bedding, very clean great showers. nice small amenities like large shampoo bottles. TV had excellent channel lineup. Customer service was very friendly and responsive at the hotel. Food could be better - overcooked eggs, sausage underseasoned, just not typical, local caterer issue I believe. service was really good on food, just the food was not great. security was great, you needed a room key to operate the elevator, great innovation!
