Das kleine Häuschen steht auf dem Grund einer ehemaligen Landwirtschaft. Ist mitten im "Nichts" und sehr idyllisch gelegen. Der riesige Garten und der Pool können jederzeit mit benutzt werden. Die Ausstattung ist gut, sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Eigentümer leben nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation war optimal.

Magifique sejour a cisterna di latina
Belle maison à la campagne parfaitement aménagée, il ne manque rien. Jardin magnifique, piscine très agréable. Située a 1 heure de Rome et 30 minutes des plages. Vous trouverez aussi tous le necessaire à proximité. Les proprietaires sont acceuillants et attentionnés. Merci a Antonia et Francesco pour ce merveilleux sejour.

Fantastico relax nel silenzio della campagna xon piscina
Splendida vacanza di completo relax. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve per fare un soggiorno confortevole e per cucinare. Il tavolo con ombrellone all'aperto offre la possibilità di stare anche fuori. Il giardino è incantevole e la piscina, sempre pulitissima e con i due lettini, permette di godersi la quiete della campagna e di stare sotto un pergolato arieggiato. Antonia e Francesco sono molto discreti (praticamente abbiamo avuto la piscina ad uso esclusivo), gentili e attenti ai dettagli degli spazi messi a disposizione degli ospiti. Un'oasi vicino a Roma sia per chi come noi voleva scappare dalla città, sia per chi vuole visitare i dintorni. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Pures Italienisches Urlaubserlebnis
Die Gastgeber Antonia und Francesco haben uns sehr herzlich auf ihrem Anwesen in Empfang genommen. Trotz der Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten war ein problemloser Austausch über das Handy zu jederzeit möglich, wodurch uns viel geholfen und entstandene Fragen beantwortet werden konnten. Das Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und hat diesen typischen italienischen Charme. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und kann dort am Pool sehr gut entspannen und den Aufenthalt genießen. Die Stadt Cisterna hat einen Bahnhof (10 min vom Anwesen mit dem Auto entfernt), wo man für wenig Geld, beispielsweise nach Rom fahren kann, um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Strände sind mit dem Auto ca. 20-30 min entfernt und sind vor allem nicht so touristisch, sondern mit vielen Einheimischen was einen den Urlaub sehr genießen lässt. Eine etwas weitere Reise mit dem Auto nach Gaeta lohnt sich, dort sind traumhafte Strände zu erleben. Wir bedanken uns sehr für diesen unvergesslich schönen Urlaub in Italien bei Antonia und Francesco. Vor allem diese Abwechslung zwischen Städtetrips, Strandbesuchen oder entspannen auf dem Grundstück hat nie langweile aufkommen lassen. grazie mille, distinti saluti

Perfekt für zwei
Meine Frau und ich waren für 11 Nächte in dem Gemütlichen Häuschen. Die Lage war schön und von keinem Tourismus umgeben. Mit Antonia und ihr Mann haben wir uns super verstanden. Auch wenn der Pool im Garten ist haben Sie sich sehr bemüht uns nicht zu stören. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gepflegt und es ist sehr idyllisch. Im Garten kann man für eine kleine Pause sehr gut zwischen Obstbäumen spazieren. Unseren Erwartungen hat die Unterkunft übertroffen. Es war besser als man von den Bildern erwartet hat. Wir empfehlen es jedem der in Zweisamkeit einen entspannten Urlaub am Pool haben möchte. Für die Aktiveren Menschen gibt es auch gute Möglichkeiten die Hauptstadt Rom zu besichtigen oder andere interessante Orte. Mia moglie ed io siamo stati al Cosy Cottage per 11 notti. La posizione era bella e circondata da nessun turismo. Andavamo molto d'accordo con Antonia e suo marito. Anche se la piscina è in giardino, hai fatto di tutto per non disturbarci. La piscina viene mantenuta ogni giorno ed è molto idilliaca. Nel giardino puoi fare una breve pausa tra gli alberi da frutto. L'alloggio ha superato le nostre aspettative. Era meglio di quanto mi aspettassi dalle foto. Lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono trascorrere insieme una vacanza rilassante a bordo piscina. Per i più attivi ci sono anche buone opportunità per visitare la capitale Roma o altri luoghi interessanti.

Paradise in the Campagne
We had the paradise in the countryside, not far from Rome (train from Cisternina). The apartment: all new, lots of space. furnished with love, tasteful and of high quality. Garden & pool area: huge, design and plants like in a luxury hotel, wonderful view. Pool, pergola, orchard ... all lovely. Landlord (Antonia & Francesco): not to be surpassed in terms of helpfulness, service and kindness. Overall we had the greatest time since long.

Oase der Ruhe und traumhafter Garten mit großem Pool.
Das Ferienhaus von Antonia ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Stadt (Zug 30min) in die Gärten von Ninfa (Auto 10min) an sandige oder felsige Strände (Auto 30min bis 1h). Dazwischen kann am in absoluter Ruhe im schattigen Garten wunderbar entspannen.
