"Room was spacious, there was no air conditioning or portable fan so in the warm weather it got quite hot. One of our rooms was located on the Main Street which was quite noisy. But the room on the car park side was really quiet. The receptionist was so helpful and helped us out several times, the lift was quite small so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to carry it up stairs or run up the stairs to meet the lift with your luggage.
We would definitely stay again if we were in the area. "

He even offered me a ticket for public transport, but I had already bought the ticket."

"A basic budget hotel, room was fairly clean, beds were basic, pillows were flat and lumpy. Bathroom was small, shower was a tray with curtain around it which stuck to you every time you tried to move.
Self check in, didn’t see any staff apart from a cleaner until the last day. No information in the room about breakfast, website did say it was available but don’t know how much and if you had to order in advance.
No elevator and stairs quite steep, stair carpet was filthy.

"A great location for myself who was using the railway station next door quite often to travel around the city and to nearby cities and the surrounding areas.
Also very comfortable beds and the rooms were quite spacious for our needs.
I also found the staff working on the reception to be very helpful."
"Room was very comfortable and bed was one of the best we’d slept in. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. Very clean with fab toiletries and little extras. The only thing I’d say is that the bathroom door could be a little more private due to its transparency when the light is on. Could maybe do with a curtain over it like the shower. Not a great problem as we got used to it but if you like your privacy then it’s something I think guests should be aware of.
The location of the hotel was fabulous. Quiet but very central for everything. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Bar area was lovely and kept very neat and clean.
We would certainly stay there again.

"We stayed as a family of four, but since there were no large rooms available, we used two double rooms. The hotel is new and overall very clean. As we traveled by car, access to the city center was no problem. It was a hotel with good cost performance.

Restaurant was under refurbishment, so only complaint would be limited options for food. Amazing gym facilities on top floor - with great views while you work out. "

"We booked this hotel specifically for the car loft feature as car enthusiasts taking a special car on a long European road trip. We arrived quite late (~9pm) and were told our room wasn’t ready due to a fault with the shower and were offered a downgrade to a smart room instead. Of course this was very disappointing as we chose this hotel specifically for the unique car loft feature. The lady on reception (who spoke perfect English when my basic German failed me) gave us the key to another room so we could shower and get our young child settled whilst we waited for maintenance to finish in our executive room. She came and found us when the other room was ready and offered free breakfast the following morning for the minor inconvenience. Both rooms were very clean and the executive room was incredibly spacious. The only negative was in both rooms the toilet/shower is not private. The screens are see-through so all other occupants can see you when using these. Check out was very simple and the man on reception was incredibly friendly and spoke in slowed down German to allow me to follow along but switched seamlessly to English when again my German knowledge expired. The breakfast was a fantastic selection of German meats, breads, fruit and salad. We would without doubt stay at this hotel again and recommend to any car enthusiast or those with small children where the convenience of having the car so close is amazing for unloading and reloading the car. "
