Somehow our Deluxe room is in the adjoining high rise building and you need to walk across the carpark entrance to get into the building, my major concert is the security , although outsiders don’t have an access card, but they can still follow you into the lift and go up, and I noticed that the security guard at the car park entrance doesn’t really check on people entering the lift lobby. The other minor issue is the quality of their maintenance works, it seems they could be more attentive to details of their work, it’s not that these will affect the quality of staying, it’s just looks odd having things like toilet seat and sockets are installed crooked/ misaligned in a so called “luxury” hotel, not to mention that the furniture are not high end “luxury” stuff. Front desk and staff are friendly and helpful 👍👍. Overall we had a pleasant stay, I would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Penang."
