Excellent apartment in Pulau Tikus

Very clean and modern apartment with all amenities required to a very high standard. Only one issue that prevented me sleeping well was the road noise - even with double glazing, the noise of motorbikes etc were disturbing

Wonderful apartment

I am glad that i got to stay in this apartment when i am in Penang with family. The unit is unique, clean and modern looking. All of our family members enjoy the stay here. When we left Penang, we have accidentally left a bag in the apartment. The owner has let us known and go above and beyond to help sending the bag back to us, greatly appreciated! Will definitely be back again next time we are in Penang!

One of the best apartment!

Self service check in but instructions were explicitly clear (no way you could get it wrong). The best apartment to stay, clean, spacious, good for 8 pax. Very close to a local market, eatery but away from the noise. Other than the previous trash which was not cleared when we check in, other than that its perfect for us. 10/10

We love the place for its 1. Location - close to World Heritage area, traditional eatery and modern caves, etc. 2. Quiteness when the windows are closed. 3. Large space with attached bathroom to every bedroom 4. Cleanliness - the place is spotless. Suggestion: Would be nice if the owner can include some complimentary tea and/or coffee bags in the kitchen In summary, we would come back should be visit Penang again.

It was a perfect stay!

Friendly staffs, clean and cozy environment, spacious kitchen, a living room that can let everyone hang out. The location is very ideal for our itinerary. There's also a baby cot for our 2 months old baby, that was lovely.

Codrington House is beyond our expectations. Everything is as advertised. What we liked the most: super clean, fully equipped kitchen with water dispenser, comfy beds, strong water pressure for shower, privacy, plenty of food choices at your doorstep. Overall one of the best places to stay.

This is easily the best serviced apartment in Georgetown. It is quite possibly my dream home. What we loved the most was all 3 bedrooms have an attached bathroom. Everything else is excellent and exceeded our expectations.

One word to describe this apartment - PERFECT. Stunning apartment with all the amenities that you'll need, located directly in the heart of Penang Island with a bustling market and a plethora of yummy food all within walking distance. I've stayed in quite a number of Apartments in Penang before and NOTHING beats this. This will now be my designated home in Penang. Can't wait to go back again!

Best Apartment in Penang

This is probably the best accommodation I have stayed in. Very good location with lots of local hawker food and market just outside the building. The two car parks are really good for us as we came in a rented vehicle. The place is new and extremely clean. Every room has its own bathroom and hairdryer. Mattress, pillows and blankets are of high quality. Would definitely stay here every time i'm in Penang. Highly recomended.
