Really good hotel but we were really disappointed the pool wasn’t working. This was one of the reasons we reserved and paid for this particular hotel. We didn’t get any discount for this. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

Good stay always. One thing about 7am someone tried to get in our room not sure but thankfully the locks were both locked and it made a loud noise and woke us ! And then again about 10:00am housekeeping open the door and was coming in the room before knocking luckily we was getting ready to leave . She did apologize she said she thought we was gone. I guess someone didn’t communicate.

Staff was friendly and helpful…room was clean as well. However the temperature could never get comfortable.. the room was too hot despite adjusting the thermostat. The mattress was a little too hard and the bed covering could have been better quality.

My family and I stay at this Hampton inn at least twice a year. This by far has been my best experience there. The other times weren’t bad but this time it was special thanks to the staff.

This hotel has Excellent Laundry facilities. One large washer and dryer. Payment by card reader. Gave the time the machine would finish. Nice folding table with 2 comfy chairs.

Worth Staying
Great hotel and the staff was the epitome of excellence. Tiger the check in lady very good personality and helpful. The young lady Nicole what a joy kept the breakfast area fully available and great conversation. Tommy thanks for the punctuality of accommodating the request in a timely manner. Kurtencia thanks for a easy check out. Overall GREAT STAFF/nice hotel. I would stay again.

Kat, at the front desk at our check inn was outstanding. she s very professional and knowledgable. we had issues with our tv and she found the problem and got everything resolved. breakfast was great, gym was good, we will be back

The carpets are dirty. They are stained and feel wet and sticky in our room. The vinyl chairs in the lobby are dirty from the breakfast area. The kitchen staff is having trouble keeping up with breakfast. When we checked in we confirmed we are silver members and still were not offered as much as a bottle of water. Just very disappointed

Lots of stains in the room and all over the hotel. Sticky and smelly carpet in the room. The room smelled awful. The sheets were clean but the bed was hard as a brick and messed up my back. I booked through a 3rd party but made sure to tell management before i left my concerns and she acknowledged it and the went on to tell the 3rd party when I complained that she didn’t think I was making a complaint and offered 25.00 compensation for this egregious stay. Buffet was great. Staff was kind. Hotel itself unclean.
The bathtub was grimey as well. Linens clean and towels clean.

I did not get maid service during my stay. The bathroom main light fixture bulbs blew. We didn’t have enough pillows to sleep comfortably. There were only three pillows and four would have been much more comfortable. The potatoes served for breakfast on Saturday were ice cold.

On the first night of my reservation, I woke up at 4:00 a.m. and there were ants in the bed, ants on me, ants biting me, ants in and on my phone on the bedside table. I immediately called the front desk and the lady told me that she could not do anything about it because she was doing paperwork. She said that she might be able to do something 30 minutes from then. At around 8:00 a.m. I was given another room.
