Perfect for a family
This property is set up for young and old alike. Electronic games for the kids, water sports equipment such as paddle boat and kayaks, everything you need for a great vacation already on site. Kitchen is very well equipped. Back deck and patio perfect for relaxation.

Clean house, sheets, towels. My only complaint is, the couch is way too soft & makes it hard to get up from it. I’m not sure but it seemed like it was made of feathers, which I started to have a bit of an allergic reaction. The neighborhood is old & somewhat rundown. It appeared to be low-income town. However, driving around the whole lake & there’s nice little towns.

The house is just as advertised. It was perfect for us. Very clean and had everything we needed. Backyard patios are fantastic with lots of choices where to hang out. Nice dock to fish from. The pedal boat was heavy to flip so we did not use and we didn't want to bother host on Thanksgiving Day . A younger group would be able to flip with no problem. I would highly recommend this home and we plan to return also. Thanks

Delightful accommodation!
My family of four came to Clearlake to attend a wedding. This lovely house was perfect for us. It was serene and quiet with lovely views. Our son enjoyed kayaking. The house was equipped with 2 Kayaks as well as a pool table in the main room. The house is well maintained, very clean and nice furnishing. Enjoyed delicious breakfast at Mike’s in Lucerne. Nice and quaint spot!

Wonderful home
Our family love the home, it had everything we needed and more. Our teens really enjoyed playing on the wii and the pool table. Having the use of kayaks and the paddle boat was the highlight of our trip! We will be back next year.

Overall this property was great! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the view was great! Wish the thermostat had been on longer prior to arrival the house took a long time to cool down. But the deck was awesome and we loved using the paddle boat. There are definitely a lot of bugs as was warmed in the description. But we thoroughly enjoyed the home and would definitely come back!

Clearlake Jewel!
My husband and I and my cousin and his wife and two kids spent 4 days and 3 nights at this property. The photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious property fully stocked with everything you can think of. Modern up to date style with a lake house motif. It has a deck that extends the length of the back of the house that leads to its own personal dock. We were very comfortable and the owners made us feel right at home. The only drawback is that we didn’t catch any fish but had a blast trying to catch a big one! We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next staycation in the Clearlake area.

The property was the perfect layout for our family/friends and dog too! Plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather in the sun or in the shade. Our boat and the dock set up was ideal. Be cautious as there are many large spiders on the patio which I'm sure were feasting on the flies and other bugs I'm sure! Overall THUMBS up on this property!

Great fun for everyone.
The house was great! I have been in rentals where the photos looked nothing like the house, but in my opinion, this house is even better than the photos. Everyone loved using the kayaks and pedal boat. The water in the neighborhood is greener than the main lake so we did not swim directly off the dock ( just our preference) but saw some neighbors doing so. Elsa was easy to communicate with and provided helpful local recommendations too. We do not have a boat and had to drive 35 minutes to the rental spot…just be aware of the distance. We did not mind since the house was so great.

Perfect get away from the daily grind. Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful home. We found a honeyhole right off the deck for catfish, caught 3 in 1 hour. Pedal boat was a blast, would definitely recommend this place.

The stay was amazing. Its a beautiful home. Decorated so pretty. Everything was clean and tidy. The home smells amazing. We had a wonderful time. Fishing was great, we caught about 12 fish. Husband was very pleased. Kids had a great time on the paddle boat. The outdoor living space is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of seating and very peaceful. Nice peaceful getaway on the waterfront
We loved our stay at this place. It was clean and the vibe was a combination of vibrant, cozy, airy, comfortable and relaxing. The color scheme was pleasing and you really get the sense of being next to the water while being indoors. The owners did a great job furnishing the place as well as the outside deck. I'm just bummed that we didn't get to really enjoy everything the house had to offer as we were out for most of the days there. We would gladly return for another visit.

Bigger than the photos, very updated
My family had a lovely relaxing time at this lakehouse. The grand room was perfect for us to socialize and relax. Tons of deck with seating options everywhere. The one only downside was time of year, the frogs were loud which was not bad but the lake was stagnant and therefore smelly at night. Nature right? We would recommend and come back. The house was super nice inside. Thank you!

Perfect Relaxing family time
This was the perfect getaway for our family. The house was perfect and Elsa’s attention to detail was evident everywhere. I have 4 kids between 3-9 and they loved every minute. We were able fish, kayak, paddle boat, roast marshmallows on the fire pit, relax in the hammock, play pool, guitar hero and wii. The house was kept neat and clean and we absolutely loved our stay.

Great place!
We loved the pool table, hammock, kayaks, pedal boat, and deck. There were so many places to relax and rest. The inside of the home was pretty, clean, and well decorated. Thank you for all the extra touches. The only yucky part was that the lake smelled bad intermittently because of the algae, but there was nothing the owners could have done about that. We loved our stay there. Thank you! :)

The Lake house was everything I expected and more! Stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful deck and view of the lake. Paddle boat was fun for all! Definitely pet friendly with a dog bed and food.and water bowls provided. Would definitely visit again.

The place was gorgeous! Our group really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat. The doggos had a blast for sure! Mine couldn't stop relaxing on the doggie bed. The BBQ grill was a little hard to keep going for some reason even with full propane tank, but we learned to keep the fire on by clicking ignite button once in a while. Aside from the little hiccup, the weather was great too. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around as well, lots of awesome bird houses everywhere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Nice Home, not so clean
This was a really nice property, had everything you needed for your home away from home, however my biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness of the home. There was pet hair on all of the furniture, and human and animal hair in the bedding in the master bedroom, this prompted me to wash all of the bed linens and towels upon arrival. We had to use blankets to sit on the living room furniture during our stay. Another issue we had that was disappointing was the outdoor furniture, there was cat hair on the furniture on the back patio and spider webs (and spiders) on all of the patio furniture, so much so that we were not able to sit on any of the furniture except the metal chairs and barstools, big disappointment because it was such a nice setup… After cleaning the interior of the home to make it livable for the 5 days we were there, I refused to have to clean and hose down the back patio (I do this at my own home), also the drips that were supposed to be in the potted plants were not in the plants instead on the ground wasting water each time they came on. (Resulting in dead shrubbery in those pots). Lastly as soon as we arrived we were informed that the shower head in the master bath was broken, therefore we did not use the master bath shower while we were there.

Its clear that we have to make more trips up there a lot more often to check in to make sure the housekeeper is doing a good job. We were doing that a lot in the past but lately have been very busy and we have only been going up once every 5-6 weeks. Sorry about the shower head, it does work, it was just loose, that is why I sent you the message about having our handy man come over to fix it...We hope that you were still able to enjoy your stay in Clearlake! We had a great stay. The property is exactly like advertised. We had one hiccup - the AC wasn't working well. After 1 phone call and less than an hour later, the repair was scheduled. The repair was completed the next morning. The responsiveness of the owner was better than I expected. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to rent this property and would definitely stay here again.

Always something to do
We chose this property because we knew it would be an ideal spot for some real R&R. Having young adults with us made this a challenging vacation but, luckily, there was always something to do. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, the Wii, Netflix, bird watching, kayaking and paddle boating. There never was a dull moment unless you qualify napping on the deck as dull. Not me! It was heavenly. Our dogs were visually entertained by the many bird visitors. Lots of ducks!! Quiet friendly neighborhood.

The house was wonderful and as portrayed in the photos.
We truly enjoyed our time with the exception of the local property manager who walked in on us the day prior to our checkout. We totally understand how someone can make a mistake in looking at the calendar but we had two vehicles in the driveway. Instead of checking the calendar again she walked right in on us. She did not knock nor did she ring the doorbell. We were all startled as this person burst through the door. We certainly recommend others stay here as the home was wonderful but we do hope the owners have a discussion with their local property manager as to proper behavior.

Relaxing Getaway
Had a relaxing weekend plan with my family and dog. The place was so quiet and calm, you could hear the birds, wind and nature from the comfort of the home. We are not fishers or lake people in particular yet loved the lake house. I would definitely recommend for families looking to spend quality time with one another :)

Comfortable stay
We had a relaxed stay at the house. We enjoyed watching the dvds provided and the pool table was a hit. It’s very spacious for all four of us to find a spot to relax either indoors or out. Would recommend for a stay-put vacation.

Beautiful lake house. Nice quiet location the house was more than enough room for my family the kids really enjoy their time on the lake using the paddle boat an kayak I would definitely do it again.

Excellent Host and property
Elsa with no hesitation was able work with my special request. Property is beautiful, clean well kept and in good neighborhood. Big patio with multiple seating areas to relax in. Should we return to area this is place we voted to return to!
