clean and beautiful hotel. So much better then all the staple hotels like the hilton and sheraton. this hotel is decorated perfectly and not uniformed and bland like the other

Check-in was great as they accommodated us early and the location is convenient for food, sports and Rock Hall of Fame. The room was clean, but very hot as the thermostat required repairs by maintenance (they came quickly when requested, but should have been fixed ahead of time). Only two elevators and one was down for several hours, requiring use of the stairs. TV lost signal as was out for 24 hours during a 48 hour stay despite repair attempt by maintenance (front desk said several rooms were having problems). A lot of homeless and panhandlers in the area.

The staff was very friendly and the restaurant’s food and drinks were great. The rooms were small, but nice and clean. These days it’s hard to get extra wash cloths and towels. I had to wait forever to receive them. Then, when they finally came, I received wash cloths but no towels. Seems to be an issue throughout.

All staff were very friendly. Check in/check out was super quick and easy. The room was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Loved the spa shower in the premium king suite. Betts restaurant downstairs was delicious. Quick walk to a lot of different attractions such as Progressive field, restaurants ect. Parked at a parking garage a quick 3 min walk down the street for cheap rather than pay $39 for valet parking. Overall would definitely come back.
