“Apartment was just as advertised Thurley enjoyed the stay. Hope to stay there again in the future. Pastor Ron”

“Cayce was a wonderful host and very communicative. The place was exactly what we needed - a place to land while visiting our adult kids. The location is close to restaurants, interstate, coffee, etc. All of the basics are included in the kitchen. The decor is exactly as the pictures indicated. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated that they used unscented laundry detergent as I have allergies and bring my own linens with me. I didn't need to use them! Thank you!”

“The Condo unit was very nice, homey and clean. The back patio faces the woods. We enjoyed having coffee out there in the mornings. The location of the unit is right in the main area of Townsend. Lots of restaurants and things to do near by. The entrance to the Smoky Mountain entrance was near by. The pool is very nice and quiet, and there are rocking chair by the clubhouse that overlook the beautiful mountains. We for sure will be staying here again”

“Enjoyed our stay. Disappointed that the pool was closed.”

“Everything was expected. Clear communication with host. We made a mistake with the parking pass, but host was understanding. Room was small (but as expected per listing), but clean and perfect for our needs, with a great location. ”

“Great location for visiting UT; walkable to Neyland and Kerns. Well decorated (cute/cozy), very clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. Host was very great with communications both via email and a binder with local recommendations. Highly recommend!”

“Well appointed and comfortable.”
