“The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Jodi at the front desk escorted me to my room to insure that it was satisfactory for me and indeed it was. I had a good stay. ”

“Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed. On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time……

“Excellent staff and service! Rooms were clean and felt new. It was a very comfortable environment and the full kitchen with utensils + free breakfast is hard to beat. Definitely my favorite stay in Roanoke. ”

On nous a offert de changer de chambre, mais nous étions déjà déballés et installés. La porte fermée c’était moins bruyant. En espérant que le problème sera réglé pour les suivants. “Check in was great with Clara - friendly, helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Room was nice - clean. Disappointed in the pet (policy) rate - stayed at a Marriott location yesterday and was only charged a 20 dollar refundable deposit. Most pets (at least my pet) is/are more well behaved than some kids these days and there is no extra charge for kids. That’s humor. I do understand that is not always the case, but seems the good ones are overcompensating for the bad ones. ”
