"Absolutely loved staying here. Great location and the host is fast at getting back with you. Even though it says it in the description, wish it had sheets and towels as our group was coming from many different states with limited room to pack extra things that the bnb didn’t provide. Otherwise great place to stay at!"

The air conditioning worked great on hot and humid days and on more pleasant days we especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. We would definitely stay there again."

"A great tiny house on Sandusky Bay. The water was just feet away from our porch and created a very relaxing atmosphere. The cottage was impeccably clean and the bed and linens were super comfy. For two friends, the space was plenty big. The loft and shower are not built for tall people but that didn’t outweigh the great views, clean and efficient space and friendly service! Will be back!"

"We came out for a baseball tournament in Castalia. This Cozy Cottage was 4.5 miles from the field. It is very close to the lake, it is clean and cozy. The owners have it stocked with about everything you need, which means, I didnt have to run to the store for necessities. We would definitely stay again."

"Our family had so much fun at this location for the 2024 Eclipse. Sandusky had much to offer and the place right on the water was filled with nature. The clubhouse was clean and a great place to hang out. My children said the community bathrooms were the nicest they'd ever seen! Everyone was so friendly and kind. We'd definitely return to this place if in the area."

"We stayed here last year, location was decent and the house is roomy and like the fact that there are many beds. The kitchen sink drained very slowly on the right (garbage disposal side) it also backed up when we ran the dishwasher then went down. The dishwasher did not seem to wash the dishes very well. Also it seemed like something was leaking down below, a couple of things were wet but not real bad. The TV remote was no where to be found, used the one from the upstairs which turned on two...

"My husband and I along with our two boys ages 7 & 4, absolutely LOVED this place! Boys are already asking to go back! We were just close enough to all the activities we wanted to do. Also right across from us is a nice view of the lake. The house is well kept and very clean. The sunroom was our favorite room in the house it has a pinball machine radio mini fridge games and lots of toys for the kids. Great communication with the host as well and we loved Bootsy the neighbors cat! Great quiet...
