The staff was helpful and polite the room is small but works fine for a quick overnight stay the outside of the building is neglected there are so many weeds in the landscaping you can’t even tell it was supposed to be landscaping but what bothered me the most is for an extremely over priced hotel for what it is They can’t even have their parking lights on at night which really bothered me since they have many signs stating that it is my problem if something happens to my vehicle but for what they’re charging which seemed extremely high for the type of hotel this was they can’t even turn the lights on

Stayed here on a 2 day trip to Cedar Point. Very convenient to the park and very clean. Rooms were immaculate and free breakfast was very good. Nothing fancy but a great way to start your day. Would stay here again!

Staff were great, upon arrival I received a text asking if everything was ok with the room from the desk manager. The breakfast was good, checkout was easy. Room was clean , would def stay there again.

This was a nice hotel in general. The breakfast was good. We were disappointed because the pool was not open and the TV had no signal all night. I think these are temporary issues, and we had been at Cedar Point all day….so we were tired anyway. The staff was very nice and there was nothing in their power that could be done. A credit back would have been nice.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Initially we were really disappointed. After we checked in we walked over to the pool to find it was not operational. Then, when we got to our room there was no TV signal. We called the front desk and they apologized for the inconveniences. They were waiting on a part for the pool and had already been working with Direct TV to address the TV issues. This hotel allows pets, but we were not disturbed by any of them (we saw several each day in the morning) and there was no trace of animal hair in the room. The staff recognized the inconveniences and went out of their way to make the rest of our stay positive. The TV signal was restored later that first night after we went to sleep. Even though both of the issues were out of the staff's control they refunded a portion of our rooms cost for both nights. 👍👍
