“We had such a great time. The room was nice and comfy and the amenities were fabulous. Definitely will come back. Kids said best vacation ever!”

“Loved the welcoming atmosphere, beautiful hotel, clean waterpark, location , and kind staff. Only issue i encountered was housekeeping, I was not informed we had to request housekeeping and when you do, must tell them what to clean. I called and informed them to make beds, sweep floors, and replace towels: we get back from Cedar Point and all the dirty towels are still on bathroom floor. Please update housekeeping guidelines.”

“It took about 20 minutes of waiting for a staff member to come check us in for our stay. We pressed the button on the phone and called the hotel and finally someone came to the desk. The hotel was understaffed for the night and the employee seemed overwhelmed. She was very nice and pleasant when checking us in. No problems with our room at all. Breakfast was also fine. When we went to check out we had to press the call button again because the employee was not at the front desk.”
