“The house was well built, all bricks, every single wall inside and out. The decorations were vintage and unique, with an abundance of them. Surprises that weren’t a big deal, but somewhat inconvenient- no closets, smelled like stale smoke, no dishwasher, no air conditioning unless you asked for it, and there was an additional charge.The place has a lot of potential, but floors, bathroom, and stove needed updated.The “private beach” picture means it is privately owned and you DON’T have access to……

“The location was just great. The house itself is beautiful. Very clean. Good communication.It was rather expensive and therefore disappointing that we struggle to keep the house cool enough. There were settings on the thermostat that did not allow you to run it for more than a half an hour before it shut off for a couple of hours and locked you out and wouldn’t let you turn it on again. The bed in the back of the house was like a catchers and very uncomfortable for those guests. The checkout……

“The cottage was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We only stayed for a weekend but would have stayed longer if we had time. We appreciated having the fire pit and being next to the water. It's in a very quiet area and a short drive to the ferry for the islands.”

“We stayed here over the July 4 holiday. The location was great to enjoy the fireworks in town ( easy to return to the house even with the crowds. It is walking distance to town and the ferry. We spent most of our time on Lake Erie with our boat. There is plenty of parking even if you keep a boat trailered here. We did dock ours further north for quicker access to the main lake but it was a convenient location. The house was clean and super cute, small but just right for my husband & I and our……
