"We had a fantastic vacation in the Finger Lakes, and our stay at Casa Carmela was certainly a highlight. The view is amazing looking out over Owasco Lake and we enjoyed the use of the kayaks and boat. The house is in a great location to access western NY, the other Finger Lakes, and Syracuse. Wish we could have taken advantage of the ice cream and mini-golf up the hill, but maybe we'll be back in the summer months!"

"We loved our stay. The house was just right for our friends and us to hangout in. The lake is beautiful. Plenty to do in the area. Chris was very helpful and when he learned we were coming to be in the area for the eclipse he let us stay for the entire afternoon even though check out was at 10 AM since he didn't have a booking after us. I would highly recommend this property."

"This property was perfect for our family’s stay as we were in town for a wedding. It’s perfect for large groups with its spacious rooms and living spaces. Also an added bonus was each room had its own private bathroom. The house and kitchen in particular was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and communication with the host was easy. The house was very clean throughout and we would certainly stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!"

"The house has lots of room and privacy and almost every room has a view of the lake. There is a cozy, sunny conversation nook off the main room, which is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is easy to work in and also has a great view. There is a comfortable and well-furnished patio overlooking the lake. Riccardo was gracious and we felt very welcomed. We had a great time and hope to rent the house again."

"Clouds mad the eclipse on April 8 less than hoped for, but still a wonder, but we had a great family weekend trip thanks to the lovely cottage hosted by Tim and Bonni. A beautiful clear sky Sunday let us enjoy the dock, and the views! We aren't fancy people, and the cottage was very homey, very clean, comfortable. We would love to come back sometime."
