Absolutely wonderful accommodations
Had a family vacation with my adult children. A few blocks walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful home. Very upscale kitchen accessories. Big deck/pool area was absolutely wonderful. The majority of the day there was quite a bit of shades with the tall, beautiful trees. Most comfortable self for family gatherings. I would definitely recommend!

Cocoa Beach Vacation
We traveled to Cocoa Beach from Canada for the Christmas Holidays, the property owners went above and beyond to make sure the home was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a wonderful neighborhood. Everything we needed was right at our fingers, we really enjoyed the outdoor living space and being close to the beach. A true gem!
We loved everything about our stay here! It was fully stocked, we were so close to the beach and we found plenty of yummy places to eat at nearby when we wanted to go out! We’re already planning a trip for next year!

Awesome backyard!
The house was exactly as advertised. The owners were great communicators. We had 4 adults and 4 kids in the house and fit comfortably. Easy to get to multiple beaches, lots of great places to eat, and the backyard with the pool, hot tub, and tiki hut covered area was worth it by itself.

Beautiful place to relax
We really enjoyed relaxing here with the amazing back yard. We were in the middle of town but you wouldnt know it walking out the back door. The pool was clean and really nice all day long. The rooms are setup nice and the kitchen set up was great has everything you would need. Beach items also to use big beach towels and beach chairs stored in the laundry area. AC works great for sleeping cool. The night lights in the back yard are really nice as well.

Thunder on Cocoa Beach offshore boat races
This home is fantastic. It is close to the beach, clean, modern, has a terrific pool/backyard, and is near many fun local businesses and restaurants. The attention to detail is amazing. There were plenty of towels as well as amenities. The bathroom face towels were even rolled up to look like sea shells. This home is perfect for walking to dinner, or having a bbq in the backyard. We will definitelybe back.

Pure Relaxation!
My family including grandparents and kids had a fantastic stay at this property! We did a few days at Universal and then traveled to Cocoa Beach. This property was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, but all the amenities we needed at the house. The hosts have the home stocked with everything you need for comfort. Grandpa could take his naps and watch his financial news in the master bedroom, while the kids played hard in the pool. And, everyone enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. I would highly recommend a stay here. You will enjoy it. Thank you so much to the hosts for being super responsive and wanting to ensure we had a great stay!

Great stay!
The host was so responsive and the property is exactly as advertised. We wish we had more days to enjoy the house and backyard. Great location, quiet street, close to the beach and lots of activities. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the area.

Backyard Oasis and Nearby Beach
Vacation with our adult children and their partners. We enjoyed a relaxing vacation at the beach and in the beautiful backyard. We took a day trip to Orlando for Top Golf, outlet shopping and dining. Guys enjoyed golfing in nearby Melbourne, and charter fishing on the Banana River. As a group we had fun mini golfing, dining at Heidi’s listening to live jazz music and dining at the Cocoa beach Pier.

Beautiful romantic get-away
We enjoyed the peace and quiet at this lovely property. Its very close to the beach and fine dining. I'd definitely recommend it to a couple looking for privacy, as well as an entire family needing several bedrooms. Management was very accommodating and helpful. A+

What a lovely home.
It was clean and updated. The kids had a ball swimming at 8am. And 10pm. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We walked to the beach and it was fun! We can’t wait to stay there again! Super time!

Great Spot for a Family Vacation
Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect. We spent so much time by the pool and hot tub. The ocean is close enough to easily walk. The beach is quiet and beautiful. We couldn't have had a better time. Thanks so much to our hosts who were so easy to communicate with and they are beyond attentive and responsive! We highly recommend and may go back again!

Great experience!
This house is amazing! It’s in a great location that is close to the beach, but the pool area is so nice it’s hard to tear yourself away. I had a couple of questions for the hosts and always received a prompt and helpful reply. The hosts have truly thought of everything you may need and made it available for guests. This is by far the best house we’ve ever rented and can’t wait to visit again.

This is a nice home. Great location. Not far from the beach. Backyard swimming pool was great. Our granddaughter loved it. She had so much fun trying to catch the little lizards. :) We hope to visit here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect private getaway!
My friends and I take a trip without the kids every year and we were so pleased with this property! Super close to the beach and attractions like bars and shops. Kim and Wendy were easy to communicate with and replied promptly. Will definitely be staying there again next time I go to Florida!

The posting does not do this home justice. Absolutely loved our stay. It is completely stocked with everything you need from beach umbrellas to dish soap. In the listing they don’t even mention that they have a bbq on the pool deck and it’s a WEBER! The pool and hot tub are clean, warm and inviting. I had some questions for the owners and their replies were quick and very helpful! If you book here you will not be disappointed. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach with a couple nice restaurants close by. We had a great time! :)

Our family had a great time at the house in Cocoa Beach. The pictures don't give the backyard justice, as it is like resort living at its finest. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen area is 1st class. The location gave me the chance to walk to the beach in five minutes and the centralized location made our trips to different cities in the area super easy. Why spend the money on Disney resort rooms, when your so close and have so much space and privacy!

Our stay at this house was Fantastic, had a couple hiccups, but the hosts were prompt at taking care of us. Very clean, Enjoyed the pool & hot tub, and a short walk to the beach was a plus. We stayed here for a few days to enjoy the beach, pool, hot tub and relaxation over Spring Break. It was walking distance to the beach and several yummy places to eat. The house was clean, cute and had plenty of space for our family of five. We loved the privacy of the backyard and all of the extras that were provided to make it feel like home. Highly recommend!

There were 8 of us total and the accommodations couldn't have better. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and relax. 7 minute walk to the beach. the pool was heated and the hot tub was relaxing. We would definitely do it again.

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Cocoa Beach
Wir waren mit zwei Familien in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Eine sehr gute Ausstattung (von der Küche, im Bad und viele Handtücher) , ein Oase zur Erholung am Pool und zum gemütlichen Essen. Der Grill wurde für leckere Hamburger und Hotdogs genutzt. Danach konnten wir lange draußen sitzen. Ausflüge nach Orlando (Fahrzeit 1 h) zu magic Kingdom und Universal können wir empfehlen. In der direkten Nähe surfkurse, Ron Jon, 4 th filling station und natürlich die NASA. Der Raketenstart war ein absolutes Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit und die jederzeitige Unterstützung bei Fragen.

Familienurlaub der Luxusklasse!
Wir hatten das Haus zu 6 für den runden Geburtstag unseres Vaters gebucht und waren alle rundum begeistert. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und der Garten mit Poll und Whirlpool ist einfach der Wahnsinn gewesen. Man musste nichts mitbringen, es war einfach schon alles vorhanden. Von Gewürzen zum kochen, bis hin zu Kühlboxen und Sonnenschirme für den Strandaufenthalt. Es war einfach alles vorhanden. Die Lage war auch klasse - keine 3 Minuten bis zum Strand. Was will man mehr. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
