The room needs updated or repainted furniture. It's all scratched and looks old. Alarm clock does not work. Bath tub does not drain properly as well the sink. I know the continental breakfast is part of the stay but the gravy for the biscuits was sour tasting and seamed old and recycled for the next day. Orange juice seemed old. The place overall a rating of C- (4.2/10).

The staff at check was rude. The room appeared to be not serviced. Asked for service did not receive any. The pillow smelled foul. Shampoo was 1/2 empty bottle. I asked for my money back when checking in but was told since I paid in full online , I would not get my money back. No tub stopper. Hot water ran out when tub was 1/2 full. Avoid this hotel. !!!

The only things I didn't like were the back door which was not secure. Anyone could enter @ anytime.You should have to have a card to enter. Also there were walking bricks that were disrupted & could cause a fall.

Staff was great. Room was clean. Many things noted that were broken or inoperative. Breakfast hot food ... isn't. Good news is there was a microwave there to heat everything up. All that said, it's on the cheaper end of hotel costs these days so can't say I'm overly disappointed. Got what we paid for!

Hair everywhere. Not clean!
I will never stay at this hotel again. The first room we got checked in to smell so bad. We had to request another room. That room also smelled but we may do. It was late. One of the beds had so much hair on the sheets that we couldn't sleep in it. I got up to shower the next morning and there was hair. Paul over the shower walls. This place is dirty. The compliment breakfast sucks. I must say that people that worked. There were nice but the hotel it sells is not being upkept. I would recommend do not stay there.

To begin with Ive stayed here multiple times and each visit I was very disappointed. - The rooms both were nonsmoking but the rooms on both occasions were unclean and had a horrible odor in the linen and in the air. We had to go to store and buy air freshener and we brought in our own bedding. - The breakfast was horrible ! The biscuits were rock hard and I had to ask for more of gravy and more mile because the milk was spoiled. The man working the front desk brought out a large can of gravy and asked me to open it with a can opener he couldn't use. The bathroom was dirty with stained towels and the shower faucet was barley producing any water and the drain plug would stay up allowing the water to drain correctly so I had to put a hand towel in there to keep it up. The wifi didn't work at all. Over all this experience was horrible and It just happened to be my birthday ! I don't know if I'll ever stay the again.
