Pristine 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo in Riverstone! Enjoy all that Riverstone has to offer: coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, cinema, shopping, biking/walking trails, close to the river and town. Better than a Hotel; Our Riverstone Village Condo offers a modern kitchen, bunk room for the kids, large living room, dining room + very family friendly with toys and games. The Riverstone Village Condos have a community patio for entertaining with BBQ, tables, and outdoor furniture.
The Village at Riverstone offers a community area with BBQ and outdoor seating. You'll have so much fun by staying at The Village at Riverstone; walk to coffee shops, AMC movie theater, restaurants, boutiques, and fitness centers.

Would stay here again. Positives: Location, size and layout of condo, amenities, cleanliness, communication, lots of accessible parking for large truck. Negatives: Finding the right lobby to access condo. But the management company contacted the owner who contacted us right away for help. Pillows are very firm so consider bringing your own.

We like to visit CDA every year and this place is my to-go place. Close to malls and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. warm welcoming from host who is also a good communicator. We will definitely come back.

This property was perfect for our group and was, in fact, the only property I could find without stairs being required and a walk in shower for our elderly parents. There was plenty of seating when other family members visited us and the kitchen was very well stocked. Master bedroom and bathroom were very large and the beds were very comfortable.

The condo was spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved the location and some of our family stayed in a unit close by. Access was easy, and covered parking was available very close by. The unit is located in a new development with a movie theater, restaurants and other services that are walkable.

Bldg location was incorrect so couldn't find our building. No instruction book for new residents- no TV inst., didn't know where to put the trash, dish washer and clothes washer didn't work correctly. Didn't have hair dryers until we called and got manager to bring us 2.

We loved our stay and loved Coeur D’Alene. The only hiccup was the door code not opening but they called me back pretty quick and we got in. Also… it’s not Lobby A but Lobby 3. Other than that the unit was clean and comfortable and had everything you would need and then some. That leather couch was especially comfortable!

Amazing location
We took the whole family to CDA for Christmas this year. This condo couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the festive atmosphere of Riverstone and really appreciated that we could walk to dinner. The condo was spotless and we were there during a cold spell and it kept us toasty and warm.

Unit was very nice and the beds are so comfortable . We were having a lot of trouble with the door lock and actually had to leave the unit unlocked a lot of the time because we were afraid I couldn’t get back in. I think having a contact number to call from the host that is in Coeur d’Alene and not an umbrella company in another city would have been such a help. Also a 10 o’clock check out with a charge if you want to stay a little later seems unreasonable.
