“We had a great stay! The cottage was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The decor was cozy and welcoming, and the beds were soft and comfortable. The kids’ room was thoughtfully set up. We especially enjoyed the back porch overlooking the golf course—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind. The hot tub was a great bonus and made our stay even more relaxing. Our hosts were accommodating and kept in near-instant communication, which made everything smooth and stress-free.”

“Check in was easy with just a passcode for the door. The entire room was recently remodeled and update, extra clean. Just steps to the beach with private access allowed ease from our room to the beach. Highly recommend staying here! ”

“The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. “We absolutely love this property! The access to different rooms is perfect and the location is our favorite! Right next door to Art's Place and literally a minute walk across the street to the beach. Pool on the property is wonderful and the amenities are perfect for our family of 4. This is our second year staying and we can't wait to book again for next year!”

“If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Charming and very clean. We liked the old obx atmosphere - with a nice update. Great location with ocean views. The pool was refreshing with ample chairs. There’s a crow’s nest with pergola. Screened in porch on cottage 11 was spacious enough to have dinner outside and still have room to hang towels. The property was well kept.
