"Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests- The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late.
